I don't think they do with stuff like this. The source for Red Nami let you order up to 10 at a time and I think they just ordered as they received orders and closed once they got enough orders from everyone as well as when TOEI or Mekke stopped accepting orders. I'm thinking they'll only have a few from those that canceled or didn't pay and they'll probably be gone in minutes.
I could see them buying extras for a non-limited item they got straight from the manufacturer through more business means than ordering from the site like domestic and I think that's what they did.

If there's not a Buggy POP announced soon I think I'll get the GLM vol.7 figure of him. The problem is that that would be my first non-POP figure (not counting WCFs) and If I would need some info about the GLM figures. It seems they have a good quality, if anyone could confirm that I would be very pleased.

with SAL, do they bring the package to your door? My mum reckons that if it doesnt fit in the mailbox, instead of bringing it to the door, you have to go to the post office to get it, but i thought that was only if your not there when they try to deliver it.

it depends on your country and post office/mail career.
registered sal requires you to sign. they will not drop it.
regular sal if does not fit they might leave notice or they might leave in front door.

Overall, while I like the lineup and as a group the set looks nice, individually the figures look cheap (the plastic it is made of feels cheap, as well as some of the paint job is sloppy).
I'd say my favorite from the set is Franky, and most disappointing was Robin:

If you can find the set for cheap, it's nice to have, but don't go out of your way to overpay for it.
