OOOOOOOOOOOOOH. Fun thread, me like.
In no particular order in ranks
S-rank
Negima, One Piece
A-rank
History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi, anything by Fukumoto, Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro
B-rank
Akumetsu, Anything by Yagi (Claymore and Angel Densetsu), Beelzebub, Jojo series, D-Grayman, Toriko, Berserk, Full Metal Alchemist, GTO.
C-rank
Anything by Oh Great, Vagabond, Slam Dunk, Bakuman, Franken Fran, Change 123, Detective Conan, Flame of Recca, HunterxHunter, Hajime no Ippo,Love Hina, Sekirei, Liar Game
D-rank
Naruto, Ruroni Kenshin, Death Note (the second half killed it), anything by Urusawa (his endings always suck so bad).
E-rank
Inu Yasha, Bleach
F-rank
To Love Ru
Series like HunterxHunter and Berserk would be higher if it weren't for the hiatuses, kinda unfair but they DO affect the enjoyment of a series. Vagabond might seem a tad low but I'm a moron who just doesn't understand it so my fault. C-rank is pretty good anyway in my book. Enjoyable, entertaining, good quality throughout just nothing that has really stood out for me and blew me away. Sorry for no Nausica, Akira or Lone Wolf and Cub but I haven't read them yet. I have a policy to wait a while between reading S-rank series or they'd lose their impact.

I love this list so much. (It has Negima as High tier among everything:wub:)
Surprised you rank Ten above Akagi though (Kaiji is understandable). Ten was pretty dry and uninteresting compared to when Fukumoto finally mastered his psychology shtick in Akagi.
