I'm liking the rivalries shown between Kidd and Luffy, Coby and Helemppo, more end of the era and start of a new one talk, the slightly different interpretations of the 16 rings(Brandnew seems to forget Luffy's already declared war on the WG), and the Gorousei talk.
Just can't wait for the 3 new more influential a.k.a more powerful shichibukai to show up. From the way they see it Kidd would have to numerous insane things (which I think a time skip would require) to get it so I'm leaning towards ID escapees and NW pirate captains trying to make a push for more power.

Might there be a push to eliminate D.s? from the world also will there be some kind of power struggle to fill sengoku's place…seems like its destined to be taken by Akainu despite Sengoku's recommendation.

Like Kong's fishtank full of Sea Kings.EXCELLENT chapter. The story keeps finding ways to get better and better. My friend had a theory that Garp was going to resign, and it looks like he was somewhat right.
Franky's face was hilarious, Kidd shows just how brutal he is and why he's considered a bigger threat, and all these peeks at the New World make the upcoming acts all the more exciting.

As for the ringing the bell thing it really isn't like Luffy in anyway so I'm surprised so many SHs got it. Not to say they're dumb but Luffy's more of the type to say "MY CREW MEET ME AT GROVE 16 AT SABONDY IN 16 DAYS AT 6:16 WITH BELLS ON!!! I'LL BE WAITING ALONE STILL RECOVERING FROM MY WOUNDS" not a plan with this much thought. I'm surprised that he even followed Ray's plan to the tee.
Oh yeah this was the best chapter in weeks.

I guess the message is let meet up in two weeks. remember law told luffy would require 2 weeks to heal up. thats 15 days. So essentially what rayleigh told luffy was there was no point in him or his crew meeting up before he was fully healed. They wouldnot be able to travel to fishman island and the longer they stay in SA they risk confronting admirals and getting anhillated again. So I guess the 16 rings mostly means lets meetup on the 16th day giving luffy 15 days to heal and on the 16th day luffy travels to SA.
As far as being out of luffy style comment is concerned its the part about luffy making a political statement by mourning for all the people ( marines and pirates) who died in the war at marinefjord. Its almost making luffy peoples hero. Thats definitely very un luffy like who doesnt pay attention to good PR. It also explains the nami's comment about luffy being selfish and not paying attention to their feelings -

Great Chapter. I really like how we are being shown the ballance of power shifting. Jimbei and Rayleigh getting pinched like Luffy was a nice detail. I did not expect Franky's face to look like that, horror movie material indeed.

Yeah, I was actually surprised about Killer's knowledge, he seemed to be a generic murderer like Kidd (Don't get me wrong, Kidd is awesome, but having two of them is kinda stupid)
