I speculate that it won't be the case. I also speculate that we will see everything through luffys perspective. Like: Luffy and rayleigh arrive secretly on shabondy island and everyone is there and luffy kiss them all and tears and happy ending. Oda can now take care of his family!
I know I'm new here and my opinion doesn't count much but. . .I don't think he luffy can beat hancock, I mean luffy couldn't even beat smoker. . .no couldnt even HIT smoker and Boa kicked his ass in less than a second. So …yeah maybe she doesn't have the logia fruit but seriously, if she can inflict that much damage on smoker, imagine how much damage she can to to luffy.

Luffy and Boa are really about the same level, in fact i really do think that Luffy is stronger, but without haki control, he cant really do anything to Logias. back in loguetown smoker was talking abotu how he didn't even need to use his fruit on luffy, smoker was that much stronger than luffy
they have both been going through the grand line and smoker most likely has gotten stronger as well. Even with haki or lets just say the most generic "hit Logia haki" and that is it that Luffy masters at their fight, i still don't think luffy would win

I remember those days really well and they don't seem that long ago to me, I used to read the latest chapter after work on Friday nights. Then were the days when if i got on the computer late Thursday a new chapter just might be there.

I actually preferred it when spoilers were really vague. It was always pretty awesome to just get a single image that actually was really irrelevant, because it turned out there was some huge plot twist or event that happened in rest of the chapter.
I almost miss the Friday spoilers. They were well timed and very dependable.

Every vacation when I don't have internet access, I read the chapter in its entirety without spoilers beforehand, and it's always more enjoyable. It'll be tough, but I think by the time summer's over, I'll have weened myself off of spoilers.

Just ask moderators to ban you from the Spoiler subforum. That would help you resist the temptation.

i have to agree with Bucephalus, that spoilers are more entertaining when they`re vague and you can speculate a bit about them.

For the longest time I've read spoilers and it was only until Sabaody that I tried giving them up.
Reading the chapters fresh and all at once has really made it much more enjoyable and I've never looked back so I strongly recommend it.
I think just what people are used to is the one week gap. If we always got chapters the exact same day in Japan on monday or whatever, people wouldn't complain as long as it was consistent. What's the difference this week is that inconsistency, where it's been over a week from that last chapter's "release" on mangastream. If mangastream were to release this chapter on monday, and then started continuously releasing on monday people would just get used to it, as long as we didn't have spoilers half a week in advance.

Ah, the good ole days! A couple -4 megapixel phone camera shots of Luffy and one extremely vague Japanese sentence. Those used to get us through the week…
I still try really hard to read the chapter for the first time when the raw hits, but waiting for days when everyone else has already read it and discussed all the salient details kills me. Although lately the salient details have taken a back seat to arguing over minutia. I still hate feeling left out though.

When I began reading One Piece it was on onemanga, they usually get their versions up on thursday or friday which was cool. When I found this sight I started checking out mangastream for the wednesday releases which is nice. With this week being a bit delayed I may as well just wait for the onemanga release. Oh well.
Also I never read spoilers, they are called spoilers because they SPOIL it.

One Piece should be first though given the low amount of text in an average Bleach chapter, Bleach might come out first. Oh and since they got the translators, it should only be a matter of time:)

This thought just suddenly occurred to me (really late I know). forgive me if it's been said already. I was reading through this thread and people were getting into a debate about Kuma's powers. Can he control where he sends someone? people were saying that since Rayleigh had to be told by Shakky where Luffy would probably be, Kuma must not have known where he sent Luffy.
The flaw in this argument is simply that Kuma only told Rayleigh where he sent Luffy. but he left Amazon Lily to try and rescue Ace. duh. After the war, Luffy was declared missing remember? It might seem logical for Rayleigh to assume that Luffy would wind back up on Amazon Lily, but for all he knew, Luffy was somewhere else.

If you go back and reread the chapter, you'd find that Shakky is the one who used her "woman's intuition" to suss out where Luffy was after the war–(they show the conversation bwteen her and Ray in a f/b)--that's why Rayleigh went there.
