Damn it, I miss watching Adult Swim's April Fools pranks…
I can't believe I missed new Perfect Hair Forever. That is like a dream come true.
At least I managed to catch the uncut version of Fire Ant in all its glory. Absolutley amazing.
I'm happy that I finally got to see the uncut verison of Fire Ant. Snatch is still one of my most favorite episode of the series.
So, I finally found some more episodes of Secret Mountain Fort Awesome. I've watched a total of 8 thus far, kind of annoyed I can't rate the first season cause episodes 9 and 10 aren't there but I will say this: there is some imagination present here and I do enjoy watching it, without maybe liking the show that much.
I guess the reason it didn't catch on was the characters were all unappealing, plus all the grossout humour. In contrast UG has had like three fart jokes in 25 episodes. SMFA had someone eating someone else's buggers.
So yeah, definitely a major improvement for Browngart.
Uncle Grandpa actually came first but the studio decided that the monsters in the pilot were more deserving of a series than Uncle Grandpa himself was.

Well
Seeing how I couldn't find a single positive post/review of SMFA, I hope someone hit themselves real good for that decision.
Man, one of the ways to get me to stay up way later than I intend to is to air Space Ghost Cost to Coast. DAMN do I miss that show!
Follow up like your other aprils fools joke guys. GO "that was a nice reaction" and just air SGCTC again. And Cartoon Planet. And Brak Show.
Reruns are acceptable, (though given the interviews are all 15 years old…) but new ones even better.
And hell, the original spaceghost shorts while you're at it.
Presumably another show killed by lack of merchandise sales, which is really sad in light of how well Brave and the Bold did on that front.
! If you were looking for something here on April 1st, it's not here.
! Needs more Jeremy Irons Voice.
"Batman's Strange Day" DC Nation short, produced by Bruce Timm, to air on April 9th.
Looks good, I can't wait for it to show up online…
I forget they're still running the DC Nation Block…...for some reason.
Here's Bruce Timm's short in full:
Spoiler alert: Kevin Conroy does provide the voice for Batman.
Bruce Timm makes a Batman short done in his unique style…...everyone bitches that it's not a montage paying tribute to Batman's history.
The first Batman story finally makes it onscreen after seventy-five years.
I wonder if they'll do this for Aquaman as well in two years.
The first Batman story finally makes it onscreen after seventy-five years.
Wow makes the fanwank even more silly.
I guess I should clarify that by saying it was the first story from the actual Batman comic.
I don't know what's weirder Batman raining down death or Batman looking like he's sporting a mustache.
Bruce was perfectly content to kill people early on and often did so in horrible ways.
Yeah I heard as much first time seeing it in all it's fucked up glory though.
And we thought the Tim Burton movies were bad.
Bruce was perfectly content to kill people early on and often did so in horrible ways.
With bonus racism!
Good news, everyone (who enjoys Beware the Batman)! Apparently Beware the Batman is being moved to Toonami in May (replacing Ghost in the Shell) and will air all 26 episodes currently produced. The press release doesn't mention whether new episodes will be made or not, but at least all of the episodes will actually be aired…
3:00 AM? well that's two hours earlier than what Yu Yu Hakusho had.

P](http://www.ign.com/articles/2014/06/17/the-powerpuff-girls-returning-to-cartoon-network)owerpuff Girls are coming back. The better not try any funny business and animation closer to the original show please and of course there better be some Mojo Jojo
Ummmmmmmmm why is this even happening anyway the show fell off the wagon after the movie came out.
because originality is non existant these days

while im glad that the girls are coming back, i got just one thing to say to Cartoon Network: DON'T SCREW THIS UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Rather than making new episodes in a horrible art style without the show's creator that miss the point entirely…(like you did with Dexter's Lab and Jonny Bravo)
Just rerun the old episodes and pretend they're new. Haven't aired them in like a decade, no one will know.

My thoughts exactly. If you want to introduce a new generation to the show, why not just rerun it instead of making new episodes that will pale in comparison to the originals? You can still do the merchandising, just based off the original show…

No one's buying the merchandise and there's boys watching it guess we got to cancel it but not before placing it on hiatus for 6 months and bringing it back on a different day at a different time and with no advertising whatsoever.
In other words why wouldn't they screw this up.

Not every show is transformers though.
The original G1 Transformers wouldn't succeed in this day and age. Its too 80s half hour commercial.

Someone should tell Activision that, seeing as how the last two non-movie related Transformers games have been based off the G1 cartoon.
Based off of, not exactly like. The characters and scenarios weren't the issue, more the writing and the animation.
So. At comicon. There were totebags declaring the new show coming to AS.
The Mike Tyson Mysteries.
Done in the style of a 70's hanna barbera show. With actual Mike Tyson voice acting.
Uhm…
And Norm McDonald as the pigeon! It looks fun, actually.
Its like they took one of those old SNL cartoons and turned it into a full length series.
Hell it even has Norm McDonald, so is anyone else watching this because of Norm?
Holy crap that's Jim Rash as the ghost.
That show is going to be amazing.
I can dig it, though I can't imagine this lasting more than a season or two without getting stale. It's doing the whole Venture Bros. thing with the mystery-solving genre of Hannah Barbera fare (Scooby Doo and the Funky Phantom being obvious influences), but the Venture Bros. has managed to stay fresh in large part thanks to its dynamic cast of characters. Somehow I don't think they're opting to make Mike Tyson a dynamic character. I'm hoping it will be a fun ride while it lasts, though.
It's not a proper Hanna-Barbara parody without Frank Welker voicing every other character,
Someone mentioned The Venture Brothers? I FUCKIN LOVE THE VENTURE BROTHERS. Also, That Myke Tyson show´s going to be awesome b:
@Cyan:

My first reaction was "he's still alive?"
My second reaction was "he's that young?"
Did anyone forget mike tyson is an actual woman beater and rapist

And Murderer. The show's gonna expose him as who he really is and i don't think he really realizes it. It's gonna be awesome cause it's gonna be a trainwreck for him and everyone at Adult Swim knows it.

Uh… Not... Really
It's just gonna be a bunch of college dudes laughing about mike tyson like always cuz he has a funny voice
Honestly, I completely forgot. Mostly because I never really paid attention to Mike Tyson and only really knew him as a washed up celebrity of sorts. That's probably exactly everyone's angle on this.
Welp, there goes that show.
Uh… Not... Really

I didn't meant that the show is gonna show it in the script. I meant about real life Tyson and how will it affect the series and what will happen in his life.

Murdered who ?

No one complained when he was in the Hangover movies.
