There is a jap forum thats doing something like this also. For now i just copy alot from there and edit some stuff in good english
instead of google english XD
Try to be up-to-date as good as i can.Also should i delete stuff at the end of the month ?

I'd probably delete stuff a bit after it's released, so maybe wait a week or so after the end of the month so people who are behind can see "Oh hey, that came out".

Oho, I just saw those Shichibukai panson! Doflamingo is a must, but I want a Croc too! ;__; Kuma and Moria look kind of strange, but "Hankokku" is very cute. XD

Might be better to delete stuff as they become available–I guess it depends on how quickly the first post gets filled up. If you run out of room, then I say just delete the oldest listing and post that it will soon be taken off the main bulletin, so everyone who hasn't copied it down yet will know to do so. ^^

I think August is a good month for cutting off the upcoming releases. If you go too far, then there won't be any room for new announcements and such. So, 3-4 months of advanced notice sound good to everyone else?

RedDragon, I commend you for taking up this responbsibility….it really is a lot of work keeping track of releases since OP collectibles comes out in hoards. Good luck and to everyone else, let the guy sort things out and appreciate his efforts.

@ bekadidact … hm that's a good question ^.^ the first one seems to be from the promotional poster while the second was the announcement, right? .. i guess it will look more like the first, but we won't know for sure until it's release date ^.^

@BekaDidAct: Closer to the second. Like what TrashCat said, that's a promo picture, also from a crappy scan as well. The second one at least has some sort of lighting.

I think it might be a good idea to make a spoiler post that lists a backlog of figures that recently came out already. In case some people were slower to catch up, so they'd still know. And then maybe after a few weeks or months, the oldest ones on the list would be removed, etc. __

Why? It could work like the red-flag topic.
The Red-Flag Sellers thread doesn't have fangasms over announcement posts though. When someone replies to that thread, I can do a quick double-check to see the bootlegs/legitimacy, then add to the opening post.
If someone tried to do it here, they'd have to sift through a lot of stuff. If something big gets announced, it could be 10 pages of nonsense, plus reposting of the pictures (probably without spoiler tags), anger at your own financial situation, complaints that the thread is moving too fast, etc.
ReDDragon gets most of his info from MFC, so he doesn's have to deal with a lot of our BS tandems sometimes. And if something does get missed, we can PM him. It also helps that he has a love for OP collectibles as well. In fact, before crease and sensui, it was usually through him that we got YJA stuff from. I have faith that the's the right person for this.
Also, if the opening post gets too full, I think some of the links to pictures can get removed. Or, if it's a bulk release, then lump the figures together with one picture: i.e. the WCF release for each month is contained in one pic; if a related promo pic for POPs is announced, that could work as well, like the Smoker & Tashigi promo pic.

this is actually a great idea. ^.^ i guess we'll see how the thread goes and if people have awesome ideas to improve it … this can all be done in time. XD we have like ... 3 months from now on. checks the time GO!

I bought Funimation bookend statues from Bigbadtoys - it was ok. I don't remember much details since was long ago though. But as far as I remember, it's a USA store, so it should be allright.

WOW, so much happened since I checked this morning! What a marvelous idea to have all the release info on the first post! I've been making photoshop spreads with the info so I could check, but this is absolutely wonderful, just what I needed! It would be really cool to put where they're available for preorder, but I understand that would get pretty hard. And I'd say that after something is released, it goes on the wikia and is deleted from the first post.
