I have to get an SD card to take pics of my Robin and Boa mousepads, but I told my mother about the mousepads and why I had them. Thank god she said she kind of knew. But the more I look at them the more I kind of regret getting them. I may just sell them both or trade them for other OP items.
On a side note, I made an awesome Ace plush that I had plans for, but I now know not to trust my friends. I invited 3 friends over to watch a movie earlier and one of them stole my Ace!! I checked everywhere they and myself were and he's not there. I feel so crushed because I worked so hard on him. I'm glad my Robin and Boa mousepads were put away, they might have stolen them too. -_-
That sucks. I'd go to each of their houses to see which one had him. It's a shame you can't trust your friends.

I think I know who did it, since she's the only one who is a OP fan, but my other friends won't back me up because they've known her longer. This is kind of sad because I haven't hung out with them in months and then when we finally get together they do this to me.

That's horrible beyond words - you'd think trust is the main thing about friendships… Thank god you didn't have money or jewelry in the open then.
It's also unacceptable. Including the part the others won't back you up because "they've known her longer". What's this, elementary school?
I think you have the every right to ask the whereabouts of your lost item face to face. Not in a "you took it" kind of way of course. Also, don't be afraid to find an excuse about "hanging around" and dropping by her house (drop by so that she can't find time to hide it). Since the plush is custom made, she won't have the option of denying when you find it in her house.
And you know what? Screw those who won't back you up but instead side with a kleptomaniac.
So what if you haven't seen each other in months? At some point in life, there'll be times people can't find the time or energy to be with each other but when they finally meet up, should they be excused for stealing?
If you're %100 sure she has your plush then this is a time they must, unconditionally help you and not try to screw you over by taking sides.

What the hell lol, some friend she is to steal things from you. I've had artwork stolen by random strangers out of school hallways, but to have something stolen by a friend? People these days just suck. ._. I hope you get it back, at least you can narrow down the possible culprits. If they were really your friends they could have asked you to make them one or commissioned you, or something..
When I invite people over I always make sure no one goes into my room when I'm not there. All the figures and sculptures lying around, they might think I won't notice something gone missing…but I'd like to think my friends would never do anything like that to me =_=
My mom once had a housewarming party for all her coworkers, and one of them bought these little brats over. I was in my room and I saw them come in and look at my figures, and while we were all downstairs I caught the little girl sneaking upstairs without permission and going into rooms unsupervised, and when I saw her she had this guilty look on her face as if I'd just caught her doing something. I swore I heard her try to open my door too. My doorknob has to be twisted a certain way to open the door, so she probably failed and had to run into the room next to it when she heard me coming up. That's where I found her...=_= Lol. Kids.

None of them left the room besides me, so one of them had to have seen her walk up to my entertainment center and pick him up. When I asked the other two about it they said he probably just fell. I have decided that I won't be talking to them anymore after or IF I get Ace back, it's bull that they would do this. I'm kind of happy now, I was worried I might have to go to my new job angry, but they just called me and said the woman that was going to be training me isn't going to be in until tomorrow night at midnight. So I can work a little more on fixing my Kalifa cosplay and restyling the wig. (And hopefully retrieve Ace)

I usually don't have to worry about this with my friends, but I would be cautious of letting their strange friends in my place. This makes my glad my friends don't like One Piece LOL (and the ones that do I totally trust XD).

! At thanksgiving I was paranoid as hell. Stupid little kids are nosy and will go into any closed room, I did when I was little. I would never even think of seeing anything, I was just curious, but many kids will go in, see something, then take it. Thankfully my young relatives looked, but didn't touch. However my cousin (whom I have many terrible names for), who's grubby little hands I want to slice off with a chainsaw, takes my things all the time, without asking. I've come home from being gone for the weekend to find my Wii fit and Guitar Hero gone. No one bothers to call me and ask.
! Also I found out yesterday, she took my $50 wig, and wore it to a school thing without my permission when I was away one day. I almost smashed her face in. I almost smashed my grandmother's face in. I can't beleive after the rant of HOW MUCH I distrust them for taking my things without asking me, because it's absolutely rude, she lets her use MY WIG!!!!! That is DISGUSTING, wigs are PERSONAL ITEMS.
My children will get fierce butt whoopings if they ever steal (you know, after I have lectured and explained and taught them that it's wrong and unacceptable).

I'm texting her boyfriend right now, he said he's gonna look for it too after she goes to bed. He offered to pay for it if he can't find it, which it nice of him. And I was able to confirm it was her! I made a few phone calls and one of them said she kept making remarks about it and picking it up when I wasn't in the room. But his younger brother who was the other person there said the last time she went to hold him she had her art bag. Why would she need to take her large bag to the TV? -_- I wish it hadn't come to this, but she has little kid relatives too that live next door and I keep having a worst case scenario run through my mind.
OMG, my brother keeps loaning my games out without asking me. I hate it when kids paw my stuff, I become like a monster then. I'd commit murder if any of my cosplay got messed with. Sorry to hear that.

I specifically told my mom to leave it alone and to keep them from touching it, and she said she'd watch it…so I come back to the room, and the folder's ruined, pictures were ripped and bent cause they didn't close it properly, and I threw this massive fit because my artwork is like a personal expression of myself and what they did was just rude. And my mom didn't apologize. Parents can be so stubborn. ._. I did make it clear that no one was to touch it, and it was in my room…zzzz.

I found an Aokiji figure in her toybox too as well as an old Luffy, which she protected both tooth and nail. She told me Aokiji(she has a speech problem so it comes out O-gigi) and Luffy(she stresses the "ooo" part) were in love and adopting a puppy together. O_O Kids and their imaginations.

So did a lot of errands today, with one of the places I had to hit being Chinatown. Sadly, no One Piece merchandise except for dvds, and these really old vinyl figures on display from the Alabasta arc, which I remember seeing years ago since I was last at Chinatown. Boo-urns. However, managed to snag some wooden katanas with sheaths that'd be great for cosplay, like Zoro. But the details would be better served for the cosplay section.
I did finally get to see the Professor Layton Revoltech in person. The store was asking for $40. x_x No thanks, I'll get it at a convention.

It jumped from ¥35000 to ¥151000 after I went to bed last night. It's not perfect and certainly not worth the auction price in my humble opinion, but I still rather like it, especially the face. We seriously need some Shiryuu merchandise. If Megahouse ever came out with a POP for him I'd just die. :wub:

Over $700 for that…wow. I mean, he does look well made to me but he really is too short. Maybe if he was 1 and 1/2 or 2 times as large as he is, he might look much better.
Edit: For some reason, I don't really like Shiryu. He's an asshole with a big sword, and that usually makes for a character I would love; it's odd. That custom looks pretty nice though.

No way in hell Shiryuu would get a POP sooner then 10-15-20 years :wassat: (depends on Oda's -this is it! This is it! THIS is the middle!)

I like Shiryuu because he looks like an evil version of Jay Leno to me. 
Having actual merchandise of him would be nice!
I really like the gold parts on it and I think that's probably the best custom we've seen in a while. The other day I saw a Doflamingo that was just TERRIBLE. =_=
Well the best and only thing for Shiryuu we can hope for is when MBH of WFC reach Impel Down.
