Couldn't Luffy be considered a Logia? He is a Rubber man, which is natural, comes from trees. And his whole body is made of it.

The only thing that makes Luffy similar to Logias is that his body has the properties of rubber, hence why he could absorb Eneru's attacks and not be affected by them.
However, Luffy cannot create rubber from nothing, nor can he let objects pass through his body like Logias. Luffy's somewhere between Paramecia and Logia.

To be on topic, I am HOPING Sengoku doesn't lose to Blackbeard, but doesn't exactly win. The reason is that if Sengoku gets in trouble, Garp is most likely to follow. If he dies, Luffy will go into an emo/depressed mode, and I rather that not happen.
I'm sure Oda could create a great scenario where Sengoku doesn't win but doesn't lose. I am all for an awesome fight, though I would much rather the story to move away from the war

croc cant turn things into sand he absorbs the water out of them (kizaru can TURN things into light but he can create light just like croc can create sand ect.)

He has been placed in Law's hands and he has a submarine to escape.
The Whitebeard Alliance and Crocodile are confronting Akainu, so this will ensure that Akainu will not be able to stop Law from escaping.
That is of course, the Whitebeard Alliance and Croc can hold their own.
Crocodile seems pretty confident that he at least can, but like Mike Tyson once says, "Everybody has a plan until they get hit in the mouth".

Once Blackbeard stole the Gura Gura no Mi, that would have been a perfect time for all parties to make their escape.
Blackbeard has done the opposite and is now trying to destroy the Marine Icon, Marineford.
To me, this and the fact that the Marines have not suffered any casualties to major characters, tells me that one of the top brass in the Marines may die and I really believe it could be Garp.

Oh yes, I feel immensely grateful for the suggestion to find information in a thread last updated for the previous week. Apprentice has a regular time he normally posts spoilers, if that time passes without explanation it's natural to wonder if the week has a chapter or not. A simple yes or no response would have been more useful and would have ended the inquiry sooner.

Well…if a marine dies for some reason I feel that Sengkou is a decent choice, what with his history with Whitebeard a good scene could result. Garp is a good choice as well, though like someone pointed out that might be over doing it.
Or Blackbeard really does just sink Marineford and the marines loses a major base, keep all their main characters, and at the same time get a bittersweet victory, proving they can best the greatest pirate in the world yet at the same time paying for the someone questionable risks they've made (like having shichibukai in the first place). I'll say it again, no way do the marines kill Whitebeard and Ace without some sacrifice on their part.

But, wouldn't this time be different? BB has "no honor". Is way different from what his old days were and BB is partly responsible for Ace dead. So he would want to change things.

You guys are making the mistake that just because something is from nature it's a logia.
The only thing that makes a DF logia is if it grants you the ability to create, become, and not take damage from regular physical attacks(except for BB).
So if a wood man were to show up if he can't become and create wood he's not a logia but paramecia.

It is not impossible for Garp to become fleet admiral. Roger is dead. He was the only reason against career. No family or other things against it either….but the Grosei? (five stars) would not want, because Garp rejected the promotion too often.

Wasn't the whole battle of Mr1 vs Zoro about the fact that Mr 1 had a ody of steel and Zoro could now cut throu steel. So, in a sense Mr 1 is quite similar to luffy, no?
