Fucking Black Beard always pulls some fucked up shit. Idk how he got the fruit though… did WB shit it out or something? Cuz from what I remember, when a person with a DF dies, the fruit auto-re grows on that DF tree thing. So unless he did some pretty homo shit under that blanket (Sasuke x Naruto style), seems kinda fishy to me.

Regardless, a nice beginning to a new age. With a the yami yami and gura gura fruits, WG is done. I think BBs gonna bring a new era of chaos and shit unlike anything seen before, the WG in shambles, and Dragon setting his sights on BB next.

Yeah really, Dragon is the most wanted because he OPENLY opposed the WG. And that's how Revolutionaries are, they're always the government's most feared (and open) resistance. That has nothing to do with strength. The strongest criminals are going to stay low until time to strike.

What a chapter….stunned. Disapointed not in chapter, but in Teach perhaps, simply claiming that he is the strongest etc, never had him for that type of person. One time he is chilling at Mock Town giving shit about people and them mocking him, another he is just full of himself...

Dont like this part of him, but I guess he is a bad ass.
But there are 2 major things which are I think worth noting:

Rayleight was shown in shabondy, so we know he is still there ok...
Why the hell a black cloth....what was there to hide Oda? that together with Marcos words...

The irony. Again I repeat, he wouldn't warn the World's strongest man about a wound he received from Teach unless Shanks was at the top when he received it. It would make no sense to warn him about receiving a wound from someone when he was kinda strong based off some conjecture involving Teach getting stronger, that right there is negated by the fact that Shanks said that it wasn't an underhanded attack. Shanks probably received that wound back when he was still dueling Mihawk, he even points out that the wound didn't come from Mihawk.

I've had this "another break" vibe all week, probably because this chapter was so awesome, but now that it is over… does anyone have any thoughts on the color spread for next week? Given the condition of the crew (Luffy especially), I wonder if he will opt for different characters ala the Warlord spread. Perhaps he will give us a spread in honor of the Whitebeard pirates? Perhaps Whitebeard and all the division commanders?

We don't even know for certain what his ability is and we certainly don't know enough to compare his strength to others at the pinnacle of the world, I mean how could you show with evidence that he's as strong as an admiral? And that would be the bare minimum that you'd need to show that he's the new world's strongest, not even counting comparing him to others at the top in strength such as the Yonkou, Shichibukai etc.

The color spread has to be a WB crew thread or a WB crew/NW allies/ID escapees color spread.

Oda wouldn't deny us of that unless he's going for an admiral one.

He only needs to be as strong as his father (Garp) to be way stronger than any admiral. WB on his deathbed pwned an admiral, Garp fought someone who was stronger than prime WB as equals. Obviously, Dragon will be at least as strong as his father, but that’s only if you want to use logic.
