Most of it is an explanation about Kuma, and they do reference the "We will not meet again" line.

So Kuma is just PX-0 now? Well that sucks. I'm rooting for Ivankov to reawaken the old big bear that we've all come to know and love.
Hm, hm, I'm looking forward to seeing what Buggy, Mr. 3, and their horde of prisoners are up to. Buggy's going to be the one to save Luffy from Mihawk, mmh-hmm. Then we'll finally see the legendary Buggy vs. Mihawk matchup. Also surprised that Luffy actually called Mihawk ''Hawk-Eye'' and not ''sword-guy'' or something similar like he usually does.
The prospect of Crocodile teaming up with Doflamingo is pretty cool. Also, looks like Doflamingo could begin competing with Ivankov for the ''knows everyone and everything'' title.
I won't comment on the magic key much until there's a translation of what Hancock's saying, but that development does break a lot of tension. Well, Smoker still has the part of his jutte that has the sea stone, so let's see what happens with his fight and if there's any real follow up on Hancock blowing her cover, since it would be pretty lame if she kept getting off scot free like this…

Well, it seems this chapter was more about Kuma then the prisoners, which I guess is a good thing. And as Crossword pointed out, it looks like Kuma really is a Pacifista.
Also, did Ivankov call Kuma "his cute candy boy" on page 11??:blink:

Oh yea I forgot to ask why is this chap titles "The Prisoners Of Impel Down"? when they did nothing from what I saw in the spoiler trans and pics?
Is this cuz Oda decided to show us Mr. 1 after so many chaps and cuz there's some focus on Croc fighting with Joz?
I remember when I saw the title thinking Buggy would command his new crew to do something but nothing…
or is there?

Its because the ID prisoners are the focus in this chapter. If you have seen the whole chapter you will notice that the number of pages showing the ID prisoners outnumbers that of the pages showing marines and wb's crew.

Ivankov is fighting Kuma
Luffy is a target of Mihawk

Its because the ID prisoners are the focus in this chapter. If you have seen the whole chapter you will notice that there are only a few panels showing WB's Crew and the marines, its mostly the ID prisoners in action.

And Mr. 3 as well. I have to agree the title is kinda shallow though. They had't gotten enough screentime to justify it. Still, that (their screentime) is probably because we got a shorter-than-normal chapter of only 16 pages.
