you dont really know how well kuma knows dragon,sure they know each other and kuma knew that luffy is his son but you cant be to sure about how they know each other,from what kuma say it seems like he have respect to dragon…

i still do think kuma will do something diffrent in the marine ford when wb will come and also luffy,dont forget what he told luffy before teleporting him...
im sure luffy will try and beat kuma once he sees him,but kuma will just take him down...
moria also looks like he is ready for action,maybe he will want a rematch with luffy?

So we can speculate that Kuma knew Dragon before he became a mysterious revolutionary with many secrets.
I don't think Dragon will appear at Marineford. There are other goals in the OP-world, which are not so well-protected.
I like the idea of WBs mother ship "moby dick" being coated and popping out of the ocean in front of Marineford.
Someone mentioned that before in this thread.

And yeah the fact that Kuma knew info that Ivankov didn't kind of gets me. I must mean that Kuma is/was in cahoots with Dragon, because apparently not even Top Brass in the Revolutionaries or the Marines know this information outside of Garp and people he blabbed it to.

That's EXACTLY what I meant!
Maybe Kuma was also there while Garp was talking about that, but we know that'd be unlikely the case.

If it wasn't for the fact that no news on WB has been heard, I'd say he'd probably come via the Mariejoa entrance. Its not like they'll be able to stop him should he do so.
Or maybe he'll even come via the Fishman Island entrance, and even get assistance from the Island that is under his protection.

It's more likely that he uses the way through Fishman Island.
I'd choose that way if I was him, cause it sounds more safe to me.
But maybe he likes danger, passes through Marie Joa, kick some Old-Star and Tenryuubito-*sses and rides down the Red Line.
B2T: IMO there has to be a way to coat the ship also in the New World to get "backwards", don't you think?
So I'd like to see a Surprise-attack by WB underneath the sea.

So it is possible that there could be a ship which was headed to Impel Down, and now is outside the gates of Justice, because of the events. So if the captured Supernovas took over the ship, they could probably open the second gate and head to the war.

I can see him (WB) taking this much time to come due to the fact that he's going around all the islands under his protection, gathering troops (to match the 100 thousand the marines have).

It's entirely possible that others, like Jimbei, desperately want WB to win.

From a scenarist point of view, he couldn't die because we would have seen a DF user death. This very scene is not yet for our eyes, Oda told in SBS that we'll know about DF later ((the DF database implies it migth be because when a user dies, the original fruit "reborn" somehow.

The two deaths that are pretty damn certain (besides nameless guys, like the guy Lucky Roux plugs in the first chapter, and people in the past) are Mr. 11 (confirmed) and Shura (Yeah, there's no flapping way this guy is still alive. The dude took a Reject Dial to the heart, something that killed Eneru, only Eneru brought himself back to life). Anyone else… Oda leaves it ambiguous because it's a kid's story. With Ace... if the person has to die for story reasons, great. But pointless death is just pointless.

I'm pretty sure that bandit in chapter 1 died as well…..i think :blink:

Yet he doesn't count cause it happened in a flashback. And who knows, maybe 2 weeks later after Luffy went on his adventure he cut the seaking from the inside like we saw Momonga doing in this week episode. Would be funny if he managed to stay alive for that long in his belly.

Only… Gohan was kidnapped by one guy (Raditz), and Ace is the prisoner of over 100,000 Marines. Little different. Now, you can argue Blackbeard is Raditz, but Raditz was killed by Piccolo before Gohan was taken anywhere, and Ace arrived at his destination.

Luffy's past is actually not a flashback. It was just in the past with a timeskip after. Would you consider part 1 of naruto to be a flashback? :blink:

Hey, if Ace's true father is Roger, and Ace knew this beforehand, then at Impel Down, what did Ace mean when he told Garp something along the lines of "with the blood of that man coursing through our veins, naturally we we destined for infamy". First of all, this sentence declares that Luffy and Ace are blood related. At first I thought Ace and Garp were referring to Dragon, but is it possible they were talking about Roger? The name Dragon isn't even mentioned during this conversation in the translation I read.
