Nah, Ivankok IS the antidote, but I'm worried for Inazuma, unless Iva has "Climb broken stairs Hormone" or a newkama door is conveniently close by for them to escape and heal in both levels, Inazuma is done.

yes!!!!!!!! hopefully we get a scanlation today. i'm guessing blackbeard is gonna cure all those who have fallen behind poisoned as he makes his way out after he is done doing whatever he came to impel down to do. those saved will most likely follow blackbeard and head to marineford. that is the only way i see iva and inazuma reuniting with luffy after luffy escapes. hopefully mr 3 puts a candle lock on magellans ass so luffy can escape onto a ship and get the hell out of there.

wonder if iva was able to inject something into magellan that will slow him down later on. looks like my prediction may come true and magellan will end up confronting luffy at the dock. with the water being so close i'm guessing jimbei is gonna end up being way more useful and may even take down magellan while luffy escapes. imagine only luffy and crocodile heading to marineford. would be cool as they would have to team up even if crocodile doesn't want to. of course mr 2 and mr 1 are also likely to come along as well as other prisoners. mr 2 will be particularly useful as he can use his ability to sneak luffy in to where ace is being held.

Nah… Im sure they are gonna manage at the end.... just like in EL...franky family and the galley la they were able to escape the buster call.... Im sure they are gonna find there way back to ID level 5.5 to fight another day...XD
I think they have already did their role in this arc which was to assist in Luffy's escape from ID. Ivankov and Inazuma did their best to slow down Magellan besides Dragon has not yet made his move so I dont think its time for Ivankov and his ID revolutionaries to get out of ID yet....

if i'm not mistaken 'the ship''s should all leave ID according to magellan's plan and shiryu has in fact joined forces with blackbeard who ordered him to cut all communication in order to prevent the ships from leaving… thus i'm not so sure if magellans plan will be performed or not and if it does i'm sure shiryu is waiting with at least one warship at halt and jinbei of course has the ability to catch and enter a warship even if they left with some distance...

i'm not so sure they are going to fight. i see jimbei being the next guy to stay behind to hold back magellan while luffy and the other prisoners escape. like i said before i think this fight might end up being at the dock since mr 3 is likely to hold magellan for a short while while all the prisoners get to the dock. if jimbei stays behind to fight magellan then i think he might hold the advantage since water will be all around him now and he can fight to his full potential. i imagine jimbei being able to shoot water canons at people while he is underwater. he can knock people out on land with his punches that hit nothing but underwater i'm sure that punching power is much stronger and he can most likely shoot water lasers at people. i think luffy's real battle is going to be at marineford. if luffy fights magellan then i doubt he will get to marineford in any kind of condition to do anything worthwhile.

I don't really want to discuss the arc. But I want to go into the consequences on the story if the arc pans out one way or the other.
Is it just me or does it seem to be a case of drastic consequences no matter which way you look at it.

a - Luffy succeeds and becomes probably the most infamous pirate in history, right up there on the wanted list with his father. However should he succeed in doing that, wouldn't that mean that he would no longer be allowed to mingle with the individuals of the islands he visits? He'd either be feared or hunted.

b - Luffy succeeds in escaping everyone but didn't manage to save Ace. While I'm sure the story would be hushed up, he'd still be as wanted as his father and the arc would be pretty much anti-climatic. Granted he'd probably meet the Elder stars but bar that it seems it takes the story down a dead end with a lot of time spent on grieving.

c - Luffy fails and requires rescuing from ID. No assuming that Magdellan dies in combat with… for the sake of it let's say Crocodile. The fact that two Shichibuiki had such problems escaping and what not would surely mean there'd be no hope for the rest of the Mugiwara and if they did manage to succeed, then once again we're alienating the normal people of the various islands.
Now in regards to the islands thing, there's always the theory (well pretty much fact) that the New World isn't under the control of the WG, but I don't think that negates the fears and the greed of the various people out there. Plot wise, the closer we come to a conclusion, the more of a muddle my brain gets trying to figure out just how the story can progress from here in the same manner is has done. Part of what these guys love is the whole being able to chill and relax with people. Luffy even said it's about freedom but no matter how i look at is, this arc greatly reduces the freedom of all involved.
I recommend: Peerless Martial God, Renegade Immortal, Gourmet of Another World, Trash of the Counts Family and The Great Ruler
