after the bitchnado you threw because you're unimpressed by Slam Dunk! I dropped the whole thing and just ignored you or replied like a person over the age of 9, but you started making dumb, off-topic replies to every post you came across of mine until I just started countering with much, much better material and then you got all pissy and the rest is [unfortunate] history. But whatever. I don't put nearly as much stock into my forum persona as you seem to.

I don't think I've seriously bothered to do much more than point and laugh when you say something really ignorant and get called on it, or slam your face in the ground myself and walk off occasionally since that one, long and pointless, argument. So, saying our "first"debate is kinda redundant. I stopped paying attention to you or taking you seriously then and there.

I will share with you all my favorite part, a response from saying they were both from Britain because of the links they had posted containing the ".uk" part.

I guess I should have a favorite too, but there are so many awesome people to choose from on this forum I don't know where to begin. Seriously, I love you guys so much.

That is a good point you have there, ZKaiser, well-spotted.

However, that was posted on the night of the 1st Debate,
which had really angered me, so yeah, I posted a little 'warning' there.
But that was 1. Mistake on my part, i'll admit that, stupid of me …

The point I'm making is, it's weeks after the 1st debate, and STILL
Palochka is bringing it up in the most random places ever, and not just once.

He took that WELCOME TOPIC & Turned it to crap, upsetting Inverted,

Is it just me, or am I the only one who's completely oblivious to when members get banned and come back with different names. Seriously, I'm always like "oh, didn't realize that person got banned and it seems like they're back as this new name".

Perhaps I spend too much time lurking in the darkness :ninja:

Either way, I saw some names I haven't seen around in a long time being mentioned here, like Adrich, his posts were always quite entertaining for me. Definitely miss that guy. But I pretty much enjoy anyone's as long as that person isn't being a prick for no good reason.

Ah, I remember a lot of the old guys. Capn' Carter, Sanctum, Aldrich, Mr. All-Sunday, and others. Made a lot of unbearable or otherwise tiresome topics somewhat bearable. Half of them were gone by the time I actually signed up, though Aldrich still posts every once in a blue moon. Then there are the folks I'm glad that are gone. Mangafan1, Lobolover, Lobster Pot-Sticker…I remember when I had to trump him on the matter of Jimbei's bounty. Those were the days...

We've still got a lot of great people though, but more often than not, I find a number of newer users to be a bit annoying. But, then again, when I first joined a forum back in 2005 I was a bit obnoxious too.

Yeah, but fewer people are sticking around long enough to lose that obnoxiousness. I guess that's why a lot of people are either moving to other forums or retreating to IRC.

A lot of online communities devoted to a popular subject are turning into internet chemostats. Users sign up, stay for about a year or so, then leave before growing up. Since there's always an influx of new users, the forums stay chronically juvenile.
