I just went on OPofficial today, and my Anti-Virus program was going crazy. I think it said something about a Trojan.
I wonder what's going on. Perhaps someone should tell Funimation somehow.

I know there is no new episode today but usually One Piece Official updates the site with a new dub and sub episode from the DVDs. It didn't seem to have done that or was this week the week where they knock down Giant Jack goes up?

I imagine that since they're running out of episodes to put up and since there was no Simulcast episode this week they just chose not to upload anything.

I think that they'll show episodes from Fifth Voyage for the simulcast after the Fourth Voyage episodes are up, just like they did previously.

I'm not doubting that, but they're still running very close to the end of the amount of episodes that they have told us that they have. While I'm hopeful it will be licensed further, it will be awhile after that license is announced before the Season Four episodes have been dubbed.

The player looks really nice. I have to admit that the quality does look better. I wonder will the player for this episode last forever or will it be replace with the Hulu one once Wednesday comes around.

I don't know if this has been answered yet or not, but does anyone know if the FUNi Simulcast will get next week's episode? Since it's not just a One Piece property, but a crossover with Toriko, do they have the rights to simulcast that?

No info, my guess is a no though since they don't have the simulcast license(or at least we don't know) to Toriko. Who knows, may they will announce this week they have the license.

Yeah but this crossover is technically not a Toriko episode since Toriko episode 1 airs the same week and this is taking OP's spot on April 3.

Half of that crossover counts as "One Piece" episode 492, so yes. The first half was "Toriko" episode 1. So FUNimation is going by the official episode numbering put out by Toei Animation/Fuji TV. Still, FUNimation has some explaining to do.

I'm not counting on it either, but find it really strange that this was announced a mere week and a half after they had skip over the cross-over in the One Piece Simulcast.
Why not do it sooner so the cross-over could be Simulcasted? Oh well, I'm no expert on this so I can't really comment.

anyone else having trouble getting this week's episode to play? First time this has happened to me on the Funimation site…I click the play button and it just says "loading"....its been loading for over 5 minutes now

A friend and I want to watch some OP, but I'm out of DVDs (S3V4 won't arrive till tomorrow), so does any of you guys know of a good IP blocker that'll allow me to watch episodes on Hulu?

Not sure if it's going to work for you, since I've tried before, but try Ultra Surf. It doesn't block your IP, but it changes your IP into an American IP.

Actually that applies only to Canadians. You guys now get the FUNi video player for everything all the time. Americans like me still get the Hulu embeds for almost everything. Glad to see FUNi not screwing Canadians over with Hulu.
Anyway anyone else notice in last week's episode (494) that Sabo's voice actor was Naruto's voice actor? I definitely did not expect that to happen.
