On one hand I'm glad they made an anime much faster than most series get, but on the other hand I knew they would catch up too soon and either cram it with filler or have a massive break.

Not yet obviously, but each episodes pacing is a lot quicker than the manga, meaning they could catch up before the end of the year if they didn't have filler to pack it out.
This is a problem seen with a great deal of anime series nowadays.
The Beelzebub anime pacing is maybe the most fucked up i ever seen, specially for a new series that barely started. They do a crapload of terrible filler, then a canon episode comes and covers 4 manga chapters.
Hey, I'm currently on chapter 89 of Beelzebub, and I've got to say things have really been escalating. This series does just keep getting better and better and I'm really enjoying it a lot, this is definitely one of the best series in Jump right now and it's still always losing to Naruto and usually to Bleach. Kids have no taste.
Naruto and Bleach are only up there because they did some "cool" stuff way way way way back in the day, well Naruto does do some "cool" stuff every once in awhile the over exagerated way is mainly toward bleach but that serves as nostalgia an most kids don't want to admit that there once favorite series has been turning into crap.
Also I see nothing wrong with the Beelzebub filler. I actually enjoy it and I hate filler.
I just got up to date with this series, and I must say that I'm very impressed. I'd say this is either the 3rd or 4th best manga currently in Jump. First is One Piece obviously, second is Toriko and then numbers three or four are either Beelzebub or Bakuman, I'm not sure with. Although Beel looks more and more like it's going to edge out Bakuman.
Oga is a pretty awesome protagonist, Furuichi makes me laugh and laugh, Hilda and Kunieda are pretty awesome female leads, the comedy is very good and the action is quite impressive. This series is definitely a keeper. I salute you Ryuhei Tamura.
My Hero Academia is my favorite manga series right now. At least so long as the high of its greatness remains. United States of Smash.

The ep was about Oga hearing about Toujou and he wanted to fight him so he went to look for him at the beach…. and filler ensues.
Even that awesome showing of how awesome Toujou was in the manga having streets filled with carnage was reduced to having some smoke rise from the bridge.
What the f**k … that was the best intro for any character in all the manga i had read( about 15 mangas)... it was imba
the intro was greater than badass…. it is GAR ..... even the dialogues before his intro totally amplified his badass level... " geeze ... every single one of them... they all go crazy when summer comes around..... how pointless... "
grrrrr... like some one posted before.. are the anime studios competing in butchering the manga while making an anime of it.. reducing all the badass moments into crappy ones... it was the same with fairy tail anime... they show fan service and all but no blood and injuries... the fights look wayyy crappier than from the fights in manga...
FYI guys next episode IS CANON and obviously the gangs that are coming for Tojo will end up as shown on Tojo´s manga debut (which is a shame coz i also wanted Tojo´s debut to be like that in the anime as well)

The anime's not particularly good. A lot of the humour is lost - personally I think this is a series better off sticking manga only if this is the best Pierrot can do.

I would agree that the manga is tons more better, but the anime is enjoyable for what it is.
The anime has definately had some fun parts. But it covers the manga too quickly and fill it with random stuff that degrades the series.
If only Tamura would send them a list of gags.
I couldn't even watch the second episode of the anime I disliked so much, the first episode was tough too, drove me crazy

yupp that was a dumb mistake by the animation team… although the episode was crappy ... the part where Miwa and MK-5 made laugh madly... the reaction of baby beel was pure win....
i always have this doubt ... does the animation team read the manga fully and understand the characters before they create the anime.... why will always such leave such blatant mistakes.. and reducing the impact of introduction of main characters..

Such an awesome chapter!!!!, but kind of quick, I bet next chapter Toujou interferes and takes the other guy on, now that I've seen his new moves I'm really excited to see what a human like Tojou can do!!!! :)
After reading this chapter I was thinking how cool it would be if one arc they show us the future and we see Oga and Bell the same size fighting back to back each taking on their own horde of enemies, it gave me chills thinking about a 20 year old beel
Fuck yeah, this chapter is extremely excellent. Alaindelon is pure win and Oga looks more badass than before. And Beel is more manly now.
