No I go on NF and this guy actually believes this, his taste is actually that rancidly terrible. In the One Piece vs. Bleach vs. Naruto manga threads he actually thinks OP is crap, the same for this guy Superstar a.k.a Phenomenal a.k.a Miracles, etc.

Because they don't "float". It was explained at the beginning of the manga, they stand on reiatsu they control (hence it would obviously appear that they are "standing on ground", because they essentially are.) It'd be a lot more convenient to use a device that carries him with likely greater mobility and less of his own energy used.

Not neccessarily related to this post, but I would say a good majoriy of Bleach criticism (and claims of plot holes) come from people not paying attention to the manga (and I won't be surprised if a lot of bashers don't even read it) and those who read it with the intentiosn of hating on it.

Biggest bullshit is that they can do this "standing on air with reiatsu" trick in real world, but in Soul Society they can't. Dunno why…

I have a feeling her Bankai has something to do with Physical strength. As weird as it sounds, Unohana is the Second-Strongest Captain physically, just under Kenpachi. According to the battle data, her Physical strength is 90 and her Offense is 100… even Yamamoto isn't that strong.

Those numbers are a percentage of her own personal potential, not an absolute value to be compared to others.

because the reiatsu in the real world is different, or some crap like that.

I think it's pretty sad how such a minor plot device mentioned somewhere in the beginnining gets abused, while the entire premise of the show was completely dropped since the SS arc.

How come they can ascend then? It's not like they jump on reiatsu -steps or anything, Ichigo flew up that HM tower at a 90 degree angle when he went to fight Ulquriorra.

No seriously, among all these great series I also need the ones that make me bang my head against the desk (like Bleach and Naruto do). I almost have the same mentality about it (hence why I even continue to read Bleach), but part of me feels like there might be a point where it's too bad. Also, I expect Aizen to come up with some ridiculous plan to rule the world by using Ichigo's and Inoue's power to open the gates to hell or something stupid like that.

Didn't you read anything? Aizen's plan is to ascend to the King's realm so he can take a massive shit on the King's Throne and then promptly die. That's why the series is called Bleach: they scrub the King's throne with bleach so much it's white, and Aizen's ultimate plan is to "Sit on it" so that it's "Occupied", defiling it.

There's like no story or twist to it anymore, just straight up fights. It's like he forgot how to write or just got bored.

Assassination plan in works that will fail for sure. I have little doubt that anyone is going to stop Aizen from making the key and using it before something if anything happens to him.

I just hope that he's still able write like he did at the start of Bleach where there was secrecy and conspiracy, things that made us wonder what the heck was going on.
