Was reading 53 and I was happy he explained in the SBS the shading on the title page of chapter 519. He also mentioned a title page that had a black back round. Can anyone tell me what chapter that was?

Does anyone know if there's a database or log out there keeping track of which chapters supporting characters appear in? People like Shanks, BB, Sengoku, Garp, the admirals etc. I would love that for sake of reference.

Has it ever been mentioned/implied if pirates that are not shickibukai can claim other pirates bounties?
say for example that Luffy's bounty goes up to 600m and a pirate such as Brownbeard sees this bounty. He reckons he can take Luffy out and use the 600m wisely on financing the enslavement of islands and paying several hairdressing experts on maintaining his ridiculous yet awesome beard(s).
Can he simply claim this bounty even if he has one himself or make some sort of deal to get the money off the goverment? -

And what happened of Garps speech that he will take care of Rayleigh at SA. Nothing happened till now.
Now the whole marines should know that Rayleigh is there… Garp said to say nothing to Sengoku but now with KiZaru and Sentoumaru knowing it how can Rayleigh be safe there.

Probably Kuma also helped by getting in the way.

That. Plus, as I understand it, it was because of Garp that those marines were surrounding the Auction House even before the "tenryuubito incident" (see Law's comment to Luffy back then). Probably Garp planned to go himself and try to apprehend Rayleigh, but Luffy punching a Celestial Dragon made the shit hit the fan too early.

Smoker's jitte is just tipped with seastone. I think it would be hard to form the stone into the shape of a sword. And there's big difference between coating ships and making thousands upon thousands (if not more) of bullets out of the seastone.

I've read an old interview where Oda was asked about how long it'll be, he said he inteded to finish it like five years because he already had the ending (since the beginning) and most of the major points in the story but he underestimated the amount of time.
If someone could confirm this because i don't have the source anymore it'd be nice7

Yeah that is pretty common knowledge now. No source but it's true.

Who exactly would claim a bounty as high as Luffy's?
From what we've seen, the standard of the Bounty Hunters in the One Piece world is poor at best.
Therefore, aren't bounties just a way of the WG ranking them as the most important targets? (Since i'm sure the marines wouldn't collect their own bounties) -
I guess the SH will come across some bounty hunters, i mean the only ones we've seen are Johnny/Yosaku and Baroque works (agents from 9 till 0 included). So there might be a few known bounty hunters in the NW.
Well at least i hope so, because marine/pirate/cpx will become a bit redundant. -
I think that we'll see more bounty hunters in the NW and they'll have a better level than the ones we've seen so far (at SA , for exemple).

Shanks entered the War and everyone was so excited. I believe during that same release week someone from Bleach entered the scene, Ichigo's(sp?) dad or something? Don't know if it was Bleach or Naruto, but someone made a picture of people reacting excitedly to Shanks, and people indifferent about that dad. Anyone know where I can find that?
