Chapter 450: "General Zombie Night"
-
-
Not seeing what I mean, huh?
In the room we saw a suit of armor with a long neck come to life. When Absalom entered the room we saw many similar yet different suits as well. We saw a select few come to life, but all of them may have done so. I imagine we'll find out shortly.
-
The suit of armor and the shit with the long neck are diffrent zombies.
-
Greg's right. On the second to last page you see 6 suits of armor in a room with 7 coffins.
On the last page you see:
-one of those suits of armor be confirmed as the long neck general
-guy with two swords come out of a coffin
-Gigantic guy dig himself out of the ground
-Guy with four guns stand up, covered in dirt. So, that leaves 5 unknown suits of armor and 6 other coffins of which any or all could contain zombie generals that have not yet been depicted.
Oh, I'm also starting to like the theory that the spiderweb tatoo on cindry's leg is shows that she is the one who trapped the thousand sunny in the giant spiderweb. Could we possibly have a silk paramecia or even better, a spider zoon?
-

Now, it would be interesting to see an undead with the power of a devil fruit, as opposed to Brooke–an undead through the power of a devil fruit.
-
Interesting. It could screw up the theory that fruits reappear after the user's death if Cindry had eaten it while alive.

Thank you for being you ^_^
-
Why would you have 18 generals?

That'd be interesting, but I'd personally like it better if Vice Admiral Onigumo was a spider zoan. That'd fit him to a tee.

Great chapter!! Ryuuma kicks butt already!
That sword should definitely be Zoro's!
-
After all my excitement about Ryuma I actually for the first time paid a little bit more attention to the title page story and had this weird idea that after the moon adventure is over Enel will go back with Spacey & Co to their home Machine Island. I mean if this island really is what it sounds like then Enel could function as a living limitless energy source. Or lets say it differently, if that way he could give life to the beings there, wouldn´t that make him a god?
-
HAha, he finnaly has been approved of the Title; God XD
Everyone will obey him in order to survive :p -
I just had a thought about Ryuma. What if he was the greatest swordsman before Mihawk beat him? That would mean that defeating Ryuma for Zoro would put him in second place, making him the prime contender for an opponent against Mihawk.
-
That would be pretty interesting. If that's so, then maybe Zoro knows about him.
-

Everyone will obey him in order to survive :pLol, they´ll probably follow him willingly seeing it that Spacey didn´t seem to be that scared around Enel so far. Furthermore since he would a human and they machines his god complex would work here, since we´re talking about two totally different kinds of beings.
Other then that Enel said that Fairy Vearth is a place where gods live. Well, wouldn´t Dr. Tsukimi be a god by that logic too since he´s the creator of the machines? True he can´t give them life like Enel but Enel can´t create them like Tsukimi. Get what I mean? This might be the true Fairy Vearth for Enel.
I just had a thought about Ryuma. What if he was the greatest swordsman before Mihawk beat him? That would mean that defeating Ryuma for Zoro would put him in second place, making him the prime contender for an opponent against Mihawk.
I´m actually more curious if Zoro ever heard of Ryuma the King if his story is that much of a legend.
-
Yeah, it would be hilarious if Ryuuma just said that and Hogback made him a general when it turns out he's actually kinda awful.
-
Thanks for the chapter!

Last Page :P
Thanks everyone who had a part in bringing this chapter, looks like we've jsut seen the guy that's gonna be owned quick fast by Zoro, wonder who his real enemy will be and why is Oda trying to play out the Sanji disappearing trick thing? Though the temptation to see Nami in bed is a lot to ask him to resist.
-
If Oda brings back Mr. Prince in this arc (Sanji left, so it's possible), that would actually be pretty awful.

Well, if Ryuma's sword is destined to be Zoro's, then I have a feeling that the battle won't be too easy. Since Zoro's swords are so much a part of who he is, I'd expect the replacement/acquisition of a new sword to be a bit more of an "occasion" for Zoro than that.
He had to prove himself worthy before he could get Wado, Kitetsu and Yubashiri – and each one came with a "price" (a death, a curse, a promise). I'd expect the acquisition of this sword to be like that too. But, then again, this is Oda we're talking about, so Ryuma might just hand it over to Zoro without any fight, eh? Just so Oda can fool us. ;)

I think you've just answered your own question!
His Mellorine-radar was probably overriding his reason at that point. Or maybe it's the opposite : his lust for seeing Nami in bed was overriding his Mellorine-radar (because if he'd truely been able to sense where Nami was, wouldn't he have rushed through the secret door to the lab instead of up the stairs to the bedrooms?!). -
Well, except that she ISN'T asleep, she got knocked out and cut up by an undead samurai.
-
@Impel:

Yes, that's exactly what I was implying with my previous message : that if he did run up the stairs instead of down to the lab, then his Mellorine Radar (which is usually quite accurate in finding Nami) has "misfired". And it's probably misfired because the fantasy of Nami being in bed (even though that's not where she actually is now!) must be a stronger pull for him than the actuality of Nami being knocked out in the lab.

I wonder if Zoro has ever heard of Ryuma, considering he is a legendary swordsman from the "New World." Not to mention, alot of important characters in One Piece seems to be bladesmen.
Can anyone tell me what kind of weapon Whitebeard uses?

Looks like a Halberd to me.

Whitebeard's weapon is likely to be an oversized naginata or guan do.
-
Yeah, read the post above. But, in case you posted right after him, we already saw.

Humm Thanks a lot
