@Kiden4911:
Well the problem with that is that theres just as big, if not more, list of characters that did NOT come back. Croc, don krieg, arlong, the neko pirate captain (forgot his name) are just a few of the people who didnt make a comeback.
Depends on which captain of the Kuroneko Pirates you're referring to; Django definitely reappeared. Now, I can't say for some of those characters that you listed, but the Miss Goldenweek Ministory heavily implies that Oda has some other plans for Crocodile in store, especially seeing as how he still has a dream.
If it were just Crocodile being tossed into Impel Down, that's one thing, but the fact that the fairly popular Bon Kurei also wound up there, well, that strongly suggests that their story isn't over yet.
As far as Ener versus Teach goes, well, if he stands back and keeps hitting him with God's Judgement, then Teach will be in a world of hurt. If Teach gets ahold of Ener, well, then the latter's in trouble. Same situation as it was with Luffy when it comes to being hit, but Teach may well be vastly stronger physically than Luffy.
So it really would depend on two things:
- how well Teach stands up to being hit by Ener's various attacks.
- whether or not Ener learned his lesson about assuming his powers will always protect him.
I don't think Lightning will prove particularly effective against Teach as I don't think his Darkness Logia is particularly susceptible to Light; if what was essentially a miniature sun doesn't finish him off, I doubt any form of light will. Besides, Teach doesn't need an elemental weakness as he's already susceptible to any form of damage anyway.
I'm inclined to think that the same rules that would apply to Ener versus Teach would also apply to any Logia; if Teach can withstand their attacks long enough to get within melee range, then it's all up to who is stronger physically. My inclination is that the list of people that are physically stronger than Teach is either extremely short or non-existent.
On the other hand, if they can keep away from him as much as possible and keep hitting him with their attacks, then Teach is probably going to lose as there's bound to be a point where his body can't cope with the damage.
Anyway, if I were going to pick any Logia to fare well against Teach, it'd be Crocodile, who is the only other Logia seen to date that has shown much of an aptitude for melee combat. His dehydration ability probably won't work on Teach, but being stabbed in the face with a poison hook wouldn't do anybody any good, even Teach.
