Bleach is okay.
Demon Rin pretty much hit the nail on the head. In the manga, we had an introduction arc, a rescue arc, another introduction arc (this time for the Vizards and Arrancar, who are in principle the same thing, only in reverse), and then another rescue arc that's only slightly different because it ties into the "murder plot" of the first arc.
Shonen Fights have 4 basic ways of ending:
A. Secret Powerup, i.e. Naruto's "That Jutsu" crap.
B. Persistence. The hero just keeps getting back up despite having every bone in his body broken, his penis crushed, whatever.
C. Someone superior in skill to the "good guy" fighter shows up and assists.
D. The bad guy is called away by his superior for another plan, killed by his superior for taking too long or sucking ass, etc.
Bleach is no exception. You shouldn't expect anything different.
The main reason I read Bleach is the Art Style. It's well done (in most cases; the page where Stark shows up and retrieves Orihime this week, for example, was just awful), and though some of the character types mesh, they look unique enough to be different. Look at Naruto. All the characters are the same face with different hair. At least Bleach has some variety. Not near the level of One Piece or Shaman King (though I think Shaman King's art is bad, each character is unique in appearance, which says a lot), but it's there.
Yes, it's a modern DBZ, and a typical shonen. But you can fault it for that. What you should fault it for is having 4 story arcs and them being identical in overall plot.
Let's hope that the Hell Arc is something less complicated.
