Kuma sending Brook to Laboon would be the same thing as Aokiji helping Tonjit to find his people, except that in Kuma's case would be more like stupid than awesome.

Plus Kuma's a pirate known for doing every crime known in piratecy. Hell, I wouldn't be surpised if he also commited Crewmate murder like Blackbeard.

I actually don't see any reasons for Kuma Helping Brooke. I doubt that Kuma would be in TB in the first place if it wasn't for his stuff of following orders of the WG unlike the other schichibukai.

Weak: Nami, Usopp, Chopper

Too many things going for him (musician, Laboon, Luffy wants him to join) for him not to join.

Not Very Useful: Zoro, Brooke, Luffy.

NOTE: Sanji is not that needed because Nami could cook. Of course, like Oda pointed out, Nami's cooking was a very expensive service.

I don't see why having franky join would be a factor? this arc has lasted twice as long as an east blue arc, in which characters joined back to back.

Yes I do think he will join.

1. He is a musican which Luffy has wanted since Volume 1 of the manga.

2. He's a unique character with a unique personality and fits perfectly with the crew.

3. He's already accepting joining. The only reason he didn't join is cause he lost his shadow. Now that he has it back, he can join.

4. His dream could be expanded on. He can also get to Laboon WITH Luffy as Luffy has promised to fight Laboon again one day.

Oh, no. I meant she's useful in terms of getting information for the crew or doing tricky things with her powers to aid the others. She's also the only one that attempts killing moves on her opponents, despite Oda always coming up with something that screws her up.

Usopp's also more useful as a inventor than a sharpshooter. It's not like the SH specialize in fighting with cannons in the sea, so his sharpshooter abilities rarely help the others.

If my list was based on positions, then Luffy would obviously be in the top.

We don't even know what OP is. For all that we know, Gol D. Roger could have stole the real poneloglyphs and made fakes that would lead to nowhere.

I think that Loguetown is the place where One Piece will end. It would be ironic if One Piece, the treasure or whatever it is, was in no other place than the town of the beginning and the end.

An interesting idea would be to have his artificial body crumble whenever he confronts his mortal enemy (if he has one). It may be a tad cliche, but it would be kind of cool if Brooke gave some speech saying something like, "I don't need to hide what I am. I'm no longer living, I'm a skeleton. And I'll be damned if anyone condemns me because of that!"

I don't know if it will be justified, I mean, everybody is hurt and Brook could be repaired like the others without a word.
Plaster, that's an idea, but if that's the case, after 50 volumes of battles, his corpse would be more made of plaster than bones… Milk is enough, I think, so ridiculous it has to be the only way.

I will not hesitate in saying that Brook will join the crew. The only thing I wish for is that, taking the “Musician” role, Oda would showcase some of his musical skills. So far all we know is that he has a Violin and had the position of ship’s musician with his last crew. We assume that can play base on those 2 facts but for all we know it could have been a running gag with his crew that he was a musician that couldn’t play. Also I would love to see him incorporate music into his fights much like Franky does with building things.

Second: Well, his attack names are already based on music. In his Flashback, Brooke also told himself to sing a jolly song when he's scared, even the Zombies said something like "You're doomed when you hear his humming!" So I can imagine that he likes to hum while fighting the enemy…. does that count? ^^"

Brook would have many Running Gags with his appearance. Most of the StrawHats have these, biggest example would be Luffy's Mystery Lines, Chopper's Happy Dances, Usopp's Can't-Go-On-That-Island-Disease, or Zoro getting lost.

You forgot to mention he has his own laugh.

Anyway, I'm hoping he joins. I really do. But like others here, somewhere in the back of my mind, something's telling me Oda will make a twist and have someone else join… (guessing Perona or Cindry or something)...

It's hard to say considering everything going on. But since we're near the half-way chapter mark and the way the cannon felt a bit rush, Oda is trying to get the crew together so he can concentrate on the war at hand. So yes, Brooke is joining but leaving somewhere in 700 chapters, so he can meet Laboon.
