Laffite is the voice Im hoping 'll be great, since the character emits that sneaky, hiding psycho-violent persona and such a step towards a different direction compared to other villians in the series.

Well his voice actor was the guy who did Maximillion Pegasus from Yugioh. So hopefully he won't sound too campy. XD

Yeah I heard that it was him on a couple forums so… it'll definitely be surprising to hear how "fabulous" he sounds. Though I actually hope he doesn't try to make him sound as fruity as Pegasus. XD

And also, about Lafitte. I'm gping to call shenanigans on that until we actually hear it, up until now, we've gotten an Enel VA, a Vivi VA, and a Tashigi VA spreading around the internet, that were ALL debunked by Mike McFarland, so I'm gonna wait and see.
EDIT: Another Reason not to trust it, ANN is listing Lafitte as Chris Bevins, who is NOT Pegasus' VA. That Makes 2 conflicting Reports.

Guys…where have you been? Chris Bevins is voicing both Shanks and Laffite. That was confirmed some time ago. I forget where, but it was a convention. He/they stated he was voicing Laffite and a "certain somebody they don't want to reveal" which was, of course, Shanks.
Meh. Pegasus Laffite will always be one of my happy places. -.- Regardless of his VA.

Yeah um no. Laffite is going to be voiced by Christopher Bevins. This was confirmed a long time ago. The guy who voiced Pegasus was Darren Dunstan.
And all of the songs are going to be dubbed. The version of We Are! that we're going to be hearing next week is probably going to be different than the one on the DVDs, since they rushed to get that produced. I believe they said it's going to be sung by Jerry Jewell.
