In a scale of 1~10, how overpower is the main villain for part 5?
Kinda curious. Kars is already a 10 imo. lol

Giorno needs to go up to like a 15 to beat himand then Part 6 is, like, a 27
-
Nah. MiH is not as op as people think it is.
With the right stands and tactics it would be stoppable and there would be no need for a requiem.
King on the other hand is broken even with the right variables needed to win. -
Honestly, bizarre is a really accurate way to describe this show. There was some moments where I really question what am I watching.
Giorno's ability is truly bizarre. I just watch him turn one of his tooth into a jellyfish to absorb the 'tea'… -

This quote truly reflect the show's bizarre moment.

Any other Jojos would have beat the shit out of them.
Great episode, fantastic direction and reminds me how much I enjoyed the main cast in part 5. -
They aren't sensoring stuff like they used to. I thought face stabs usually got heavy shadows.

Well, this is a part about gangsters it would probably be hard to do real censure. Let’s wait for Kraft Work fight to see how they handle things.

Just seemed odd. Os it running a different time where that would be okay? I figured they'd still edit it and just clear it up for blue ray
I don't remember anything about this Part lol. I'm looking forward to all of it lol. -
It's airing an hour later than it was before. I just think Japan's censorship policy is weird. They censored the fingers in the first episode and I also thought they would have censored the fork stab. I remember in part 3 they censored when someone got stabbed with a fork after Dio froze time. I guess piercing wounds might now be okay, but we'll have to wait a little bit to see if it's actually okay. The Metallica fight is going to have things piercing through the skin, which I imagine will be censored since it'll be more detailed than what happened to Narancia.

The track @ 1:09 is fantastic!

Ok, I'm hooked on the opening now. Not my favorite, but I do like it quite a bit.
I am greatly looking forward to the next episode, since it has one of the most memorable scenes for me from the various parts. I don't remember much about the stands or order of stuff in this part, but this one scene still sticks with me.
! The break out into that dance
-
Wow. I really like how Moody Jazz was animated.
-
I want to say that's Abbacchio's theme… but I'm not 100%.
I'm sure that's a section of Giorno's beatdown theme. At least if fits with the remaining parts we heard.
-
Wow, they did the dance way more justice than I was expecting.
-
-
That's the most beautiful thing I have seen in my life, makes me want to put this in my top JoJo anime part just on this scene alone.
-
There is just to much budget allocated to the dance scene and I can't no adore it.
Keep The Kars work David Pro. -
if I had to only show somebody 30 seconds of the Golden Wind anime I would choose from 25 seconds to 55 seconds on that video.

What's wrong with his hair?
-
Tooru is what Joshu wants to be.
-
Tooru is up to some shit. I can already feel it.
-
He has "SF" on his belt buckle, and words on clothing typically hint at stand names. I've also seen a comparison pic showing that he looks quite a bit like Prince. I didn't find any Prince songs that could be SF. The first thing that popped into my mind was Stone Free. We already have Killer Queen, but that belongs to another character named Kira. I did like Stone Free's design though so I'd be fine with it coming back. Especially if it has slightly modified powers like Killer Queen.
-
SF
that must mean his stand is… Sexual Fhealing -
Maybe he is a fan of Street Fighter?
-
Tooru looks like a total fuckboy so that continues the proud tradition of every guy in Jojolion who isn't Josuke, Kira, Josefumi, and Tsurugi being a total fuckboy.
-
He looks like he has a teddy bear stitched into his sleeve.
-
@Cyan:

Joshu, Jobin, and Tooru all in the same room just causes a massive explosion of fuckboi energy, creating the final battle for Josuke

If he was going to retread old ground Sticky Fingers would be more appropriate given what he says in the chapter.

The torture dance was definitely the highlight of the episode. Along with Mista feeding salami to his bullets.
Reading the discussion, it seem like most people find Giorno boring including my brother. Granted, he's not THAT interesting but I think he was better than Jonathan at least (& maybe Josuke). He is not nearly as charismatic as the characters keep describing him as.
Personally, I kinda like him. I guess I'm the only one. -
The localization names will never not make me laugh.
Mista's voice: SEKUSU PISTORU
line: six bullets -
A funny comment I found on
:People who didn't read the manga weren't expecting this at all.

I know this is supposed to be a Mista-centric episode but I feel the truck driver is the true MVP of this episode.
-A weirdo affix his hand & leg to the steering wheel and gas pedal. Forced to drive without being able to stop.
-Another weirdo hop onto his truck and starts shooting.
-A fight ensure on top of the truck and eventually he is able to free his hands to stop driving.
-Then that weirdo with the gun keep asking him to stop and go.
-Met that initial weirdo again. Another fight ensured on top of his truck. He has no idea if he will die or live.
-The fight ended and the weirdo with the gun asked him to drive back to the harbour.
-Somehow managed to survived despite being a mob character.
-Got forced to drive to the top again by another weirdo threatening him. -
So did Giorno spend like a half-hour running around in vain trying to find some mode of transportation? Couldn't he have just like turned a wheelbarrow into a stallion or something?
-
Was early Vento Aureo already this good? Damn, I am loving the hell out of this anime. Although I wonder now, Mista plan shouldn't have worked as the bullet inside the head should stay fixed in place and just accumulate a lot of kinetic force.
And this episode reminded me of Blackmore and, therefore, we are getting close to SBR. I can tell the level of hype I will be waiting for it when it's time will be out of this world.
And Jojolion. This hospital mini-arc is probably the best Jojolion has been, all the chapters so far were really enjoyable (even though Awaking III Leaves is a bit too much and you can tell Araki is never going to show it after this).
-
Narancia's Aerosmith and Fugo's Purple Haze fights are next and I'm especially hyped about the former! And not long until I finally get to see the Green Day/Oasis fight animated, too. Part 5 is gonna be so good, indeed!
-
Maybe Sale stopped fixing the bullet in his head because it wasn't going anywhere anyway. And didn't have enough time to react to the bullet heading there.
-
Good cgi on my chinese cartoons? David Pro are you even trying?
-
I'm getting a part 3 vibe with all of Bruno's members taking turn to show off their ability.
I was expecting the Polpo's treasure plotline to continue on for a few more episodes. So, I was quite surprised that the treasure! is in the urinal bowl in the public toilet.
I was expecting it will be in some secret chamber somewhere. But Bruno decided that a toilet is a good place to hide the treasure!
Liking Li'l BomberAerosmithso far. (I understand why Crunchyroll has to censor it but goddamn it. They could have use model plane or toy plane. At least it make more sense.
Little feet was changed to Tiny feet which make more sense.
I can't help but laughed when Giorno commented that stand users might be after them and Narancia wondering if that guy is a stand users. Guys, you just have been facing stand users non stop. This is not the first time. -
Everyone in the Jojo universe turns into Skyrim Guards immediately after each stand user encounter. "Something weird just happened! Hmm…Naw must be nothing." It's the most frustrating part of this series for me lol.
Poor Naracia. How many times will that poor kid get stabbed in the face?
-
Little Feet is already changed enough from Little Feat. I don't think they had to change that at all really. Aeroplane would have been better than Lil' Bomber. Kraft Work was also changed enough from Kraftwerk I imagine.

These name changes never made any sense to begin with.
Maybe i'm just missing some extremely strict copyright rule in the US, but how is just calling a superpower "Echoes" a copyright infringement? it's a single word, and you actually only assume it's a Pink Floyd reference because there's another stand named Crazy Diamond, but neither the lyrics or the melody from that song are referenced in any way…With band or singer names, i can bring myself toget it. it's understandable the the J. Geil band wouldn't like being associated with a deformed inbred backstabbing rapist and murderer, for example, but song/album name changes are just asinine and stopped being creative and/or charming ages ago, if they ever were. If think right now it's just translators thinking they're more clever than they actually are
-
Filthy Acts Done for Reasonable Price is the pinnacle of creative translation and you can’t prove it wrong.
But I agree, copyright rules in America, as far as a non american can understand, are waaaaay too rigid and overblown. I mean Marvel at certain points copyrighted the words marvel and zombies for themselves. How does that make any sense?!

fwiw, most of these name changes were first used in the video games, hence stuff from past part 5 like Flaccid Pancake and FA3RP
allegedly, the name changes were approved or put forth by Araki himself (including the oddly dry Zipper Man and Lil' Bomber)but chances are it's on the executive side of things that are forcing the name changes and not translators "trying to be clever" or some weird shit like that
