Well, the fact that they mentioned they were searching for 3 different samurais and we got to see three different characters: Tenguyama, Shutenmaru(Ashura) and prisoner. We can imagine the three of them being the people Kinemon mentioned.
It also portrays the difference in paths for each of Oden's retainers. Tenguyama is waiting for the prophecy to be fulfilled, Ashura forsake it and went back to his roots, while the prisoner kept fighting until he was imprisoned.
With that said, I find Tenguyama to be the one most questionable. Or more like, him being one of them would make Tama being Hiyori likely? Which I do not think is the case, because as a retainer regardless if he is a wanted man, I could not imagine a samurai not going the extra mile to make sure Tama/Hiyori was fine from the poison. If Kinemon can put a cloth and go into town, Tenguyama could do the same.
I've been collecting my thoughts on the arc so far, but the only real concern was: the gap between Luffy and Kaido. And their early confrontation gave me everything I needed to know. Luffy is ready. He sobered up Kaido and although he was unconscious, his fighting spirit was not broken( CoC). Luffy is ready.
Side note: Kaido messed up by keeping Luffy under the banner of samurai Luffytaro. Because now the story isn't of a piratw rebelling against Kaido, but a samurai, which the people of Wano can connect to and start the revolt.

Oh I guess, I think Tenguyama is one of the samurai but Tama is NOT Hiyori.
Hiyori's destiny revolves heavily around Toki and hwr decisions. Mostly: why 20 years? Was it so Hiyori could prepare something during that time? Premonition? We know she is from the past, most likely from the void century, so a lot of juicy info to come!
