Are Hawks' wings really red or is that just for this particular color spread. Either way, while I love the shade of red used for the wings, it clashes with his white and black attire. Black wings like the manga made me think he had would mesh a lot better.
Both main Todorokis have left eye scars. How cute. I'm a little underwhelmed that Endeavor's left eye is still intactAnd hey, we found out Dabi's true name. Guess we can finally wrap up all of the Dabi Todoroki to be or not to be discussion with that glaring "coincidental" foreshadowing neon sign.
I'm so super glad that Horikoshi isn't let Endeavor off the hook too easily. He only beat up a random villain, which was already his official job as society's guardian. Not that I mean to underplay how much he put on the line, but that had nothing to do with Todoroki's family. Receiving or demanding forgiveness for defeating High-End would only be cheap guilt-tripping entrapment.
This redemption arc could still easily go off the rails at any point. And I do have a bit of an issue with how easily he changed from one conversation with All-Might, along with not being into how Fuyumi and Rei already forgave him (still hoping that Rei forgave him for her own emotional sake rather than justifying his behavior with a flower).
But with how the track has been set from this point, I'm quite excited to see how Endeavor is handled. Like I've mentioned before, I'm hoping we get anything more creative than a heroic sacrifice route (although I could accept that way later on in the story if he earns his redemption beforehand, not his death as the linchpin for it).
I would also be game for Endeavor eventually finding out that he can't change at all under a lot pressure when it counts, but I feel as though Horikoshi's too much of a lighthearted sap to make his heroes become irredeemable unless they're freshly introduced or barely characterized (like Hagakure probably being the traitor, and even then, I wouldn't be surprised if she reforms and gets rescued in typical shonen fashion). He's been rather black-and-white so far about which characters to support and hate. There have been different shades to that white and black, but hardly ever a true instance of grey. Even with an antagonist like Gentle, it's clear that he's going to reform and be an ally one day. But I would love to be surprised and see a main hero character go bad or a recurring villain character like Twice reasonably becoming good if handled well.

Nah, you are just overreacting. If the family is not shown in the next chapters, I will agree with your point, but just because it was not shown in this very chapter, that was focused on showing the conclusion of the action rather than the characters dealing with the aftermath and how the new events will affect them, it doesn't mean anything was lost. Proof of that is that no reader but you is feeling that the Endeavor subject was left unresolved.
You were right. Great job.
That One for All dream came out of nowhere, but I'm alright with it since we saw it before at the Sports Festival and it's not some convenient Deus Ex Machina in a dire moment. It would actually be kind of cool if Deku was able to get more telepathic insight on the previous wielders of One for All as a side effect of gradually mastering his Quirk.
I don't think I actually care about All for One himself though. Not that he's a bad character, but there isn't much that interesting about his characterization. Even his lines in this chapter feel so generically hammy for a villain. I only find him interesting based on wanting to learn more about the series' lore and his relationship with other characters: All-Might, Nana, Shigaraki, etc. He has a cool design though! Although that's mainly just the mask…
