@RomanceDawn:
Who usually steers Sunny? I feel like Sanji and Franky do it all the time. I can't once recall Zoro, Robin, Nami or Chopper doing it and only recently with Luffy's and Brook's antics it's no wonder they don't regularly steer the ship.
I'd love to see a scene with the crew discussing who is and isn't allowed to steer Sunny.
Nami steered when she stole the Going Merry during the Baratie arc. Since she has loads of cartography and navigation knowledge, it's highly probable she has some knowledge of ship steering. And she obviously can't steer often due to needing to direct everybody with her navigation forecasts and keeping track of the Log Pose.
Besides Nami, Sanji, and Franky though, I have no idea. Zoro definitely hasn't since he's often lazy or does jobs like lookout or unfurling the sails. And Robin never does manual work outside of archeological/research duties. But Robby's right, I vaguely remember Chopper in his human form steering once or twice.
@S.C.:
Personally, I'm thinking Pizarro is Jinbei's evil counterpart. Former Soldier VS Former King, both non-human, etc.
@RomanceDawn:
I keep thinking Robin will fight Pizarro. Is he the corrupt King? Robin taking on the head of what I imagine was once a corrupt government seems right to me. Or maybe it's Prince Sanji vs Corrupt King Pizarro, lol.
There's a chance that we're not supposed to take "Corrupt King" too seriously. It could just refer to his personality or level of misdeeds being equivalent to that of an oppressive Machiavellian king. In fact, Rayleigh's epithet is called "Dark King", and I heavily doubt he's been the king of anything since Roger found him relaxing on the stairs of small ship while drinking booze like a homeless person living in their car lol. But it's just a possibility, a literal corrupt king would fit right in with Blackbeard's crew of criminals containing the likes of a sadist jail manager and a scandalous police officer.
Pizarro feels like a Robin-esque opponent compared to the likes of individuals like Yama and Spandam, and maybe there's a historical connection in the world of One Piece upon further elaboration. But that's just pure conjecture, and there's still one Blackbeard member we haven't seen yet.
@S.C.:
If only Oda would actually show the Blackbeards fighting on-screen for once so making such judgments on fighting style comparisons would be clearer.
Patience is a virtue. I'm sure that they will get a chance to shine, especially when it's time for their inevitable obliteration of the Red Hair Pirates. But I would definitely appreciate them being built up more, especially in terms of making their final fights more emotionally engrossing than just final obstacles. It feels like the original five member BB crew plus Shiryu will be the ones to get the most screen time and relevance, but I would love to be surprised. Oda can always have more Dressrosa Burgess situations too, like having Shiryu in Wano Country just because he's a swordsman (and his title Shiryu of the Rain reminding me a bit of Raizou of the Mist).
I want to see what type of ship San Juan Wolf has. Or if he's actually his division's own ship, living up to his "Colossal Battleship" epithet lol.
