I'm guessing it's Natsu's Etherious Form/Power/Whatever growing inside of him.
Fairy Tail Series IV Discussion

-
This was posted as "Fairy Tail Spoilers". Don't know if it's fake or not, but it was too great to just leave it.
!
I mean, it does sound like a FT chapter.
-
What kind of disjointed randomly thrown together garbage is this?
Besides, the translation also has some flaws.
-
@Bartholemew:
Besides, the translation also has some flaws.
and yet it will probably still make more sense than the actual chapter will
-
Google translate spoilers? That's so '00.
Btw, I'd like to span Lucy too.
-
Is that supposed to be a homage to Mangapanda's gibberish translation? I can hardly grasp a thing. Not that I'll likely grasp anything from the actual chapter either, though.
-
Pretty sure it's google translate.
I believe Natsu means summer, so that'd explain the random mentioning of seasons.
And heaven help me if "milk bare" means what I think it means.
-
@Zar:
And heaven help me if "milk bare" means what I think it means.
:ninja: Of course it does! There's no other possible interpretation here, let alone the innocent ones.
-

the cover page is discounting? If you are gonna do something like that, at least make her have bigger boobs and higher height to kinda show maturity don't leave her character as a girl. Almost made me puke.
First part of the chapter was the usual fairy tail, the "end" (punt intended) hyped me up a bit.
-
Wendy is now finally aware of the pedos that surround her. But that won't stop Mest
-
It's not like Natsu was strong enough already, right? No, he has to have Demon powers as well which are capable of breaking time stopping magic.
-
milk bare/10 chapter
would span againJoking aside, is it just me, or the chapter feels rather short for some reason? Oh, who cares…
It's finally here, folks! the long-awaited Sasgray vs Natsuto. They will tragically clash! so the epilogue says. Spriggans suck! -
Damn these boring chitty chats. Next chapter finally FISTFIGHT!
-
And unless Brandish has some hidden agenda, everything happens because pure coincidence. So Natsu has a plot tumor which conveniently got awakened in a somewhat random situation. Besides, Natsu is targeting Zeref, anyway, he didn't do anything showing that he's uncontrollable. All he did was slaying his goddamn enemies. This natsu vs. Gray encounter is forced as hell.
And, Lucy reminiscing is supposed to be an emotional moment, right?
-
I think I said this before, but why did they just leave the tumor there? Why not remove it while it was small and seemingly harmless?
-
@Zar:

They probably had no means of complex and meticulous surgery, thinking that magical shrinkage power is already a miraculous cure by itself.
-
Jesus christ on a fucking cross Lucy, put on a fucking durable top.
-

So we can put another entry to the Fairy Tail ass-pull page. Other than the fanservice the chap is full of 'as if's and 'of course's. As if Lucy would lose something else than clothes, then the convinient handcuffs, torture cellar and tumor etc. etc.
-
Bah what a cop out. I love this series but it's stuff like this that irks me about it sometime. I WANTED to see DiMaria get thrashed, not have it suddenly happen offscreen. I get no satisfaction when writers do this to their villains, just bugs the hell out of me. And seriously, I'm confused, what the heck triggered Natsu's evil mode all a sudden? Tramua? Seeing a friend on the verge of getting killed?
-
Why is Natsu randomly going after Gray again?
-
Why is Natsu randomly going after Gray again?
Just like naruto…he simply really wants that D.
-
Why is Natsu randomly going after Gray again?
Other way around Gray is going after Natsu because his dad told him to. Natsu just wants to beat up his brother
-
''The path to adulthood. She's reached the age where she's conscious of the gaze of others''
Meaning in true mashima fashion she now will flaunt all her goods consciously. xD
-

But the way it was shown it looked like Nastu broke out and found Gray suddenly.
-

I think it's more that Gray found Natsu. Natsu was marching straight towards the guild hall where Zeref is and Gray just wormed his way out of a crevice
-
That quote on the first page is a bit fucking creepy.
-
Though to be fair, absolutely nothing new. Even when it comes to Wendy. xD
Hell there has been worse fanservice with her, lol.
-
http://yonkouprod.com/fairy-tail-chapter-504/
Looks like a complete parody of Naruto vs Sasuke.
-
Gray's reasoning is stupid. Just go with Natsu to fight Zeref. He's the one that made the book and the demons.
-
This fight is so unnecessary and stupid. No one asked for it.
-
Considering that Mashima really wants this fight, wouldn't it have worked way better if Gray knew what Happy knows and therefore fights END-Natsu in order to prevent him dying?
-
I can't really care about all of this.
-
What's worse from all this is that the conflict was triggered because both Natsu and Gray thought their potential love interest was killed by Zeref's faction. Their demonic powers only serve as excuse for each other to abandon logic and reasoning. That's Fairy Tail quality writing right there.
Dead Waifus/10
would Zeref again -
Mashima. Stop trying to make Grey into Sasuke. It's not going to happen.
Kishimoto spent YEARS (for good or ill) setting up Naruto vs Sasuke. You haven't.
Stop it.
-
This conflict is so forced, and seems to require that Natsu and Gray act as stupid as possible. (to the point where Gray believes a minion of Zeref and prioritizes trying to kill Natsu over trying to kill Zeref, the person responsible for everything negative that's happened to him) Not to mention that neither one is seemingly capable of checking a pulse.
I don't know if Mashima's trying to bring back the rivalry that they had at the start of the series, or trying to do his own version of Goku vs. Majin Vegeta or Naruto vs. Sasuke, but either way, it's not working. I hope this plotline ends soon.
-
Give up to find good writing in this series. Just…give...up.^^
-
It doesn't matter anyway. This conflict will be handled swiftly and anti-climatically, just like others that came before.
-
That's a new low, Mashima.

pretty much this..
also how the hell is natsu supposed to think that Lucy is dead? it doesn't make any sense…lucy was alive and talking until the very moment natsu attacked the other girl..and even if he was in some kind of trance or something, he can at least check a pulse or see how lucy has no wounds whatsoever on her body..yeah blood is splattered on her face but if he still has 2 working eyes, he should be able to see that there's no wounds on her head from where it could came from...
-
I don't say this enough but I really hate Lucy's fashion. It looks like she was dressed by a horny 14 year old boy
-

Well, she's dressed by a horny 40 year old boy…

This is going to be giving the writing too much credit, but I am hoping that on Grey's side he is playing a part until he can figure out what to do about the situation. He has done so several times before (the most recent being when he acted evil during the Avatar Arc). On Natsu's side, well it actually does fit his character in my opinion to go wild if his mental facilities were being impaired.
-
My God, what's so sad about all this is that Mashima had a chance. A lot of chances actually to set up this conflict. For years he could have been weaving it into the narrative, for years he could have set this up. In fact, he could have kept a semi-consistent string of foreshadowing following Natsu's and Gray's fight with Mard ( which was, dare I say… Good? ). But no! To hell with writing and storytelling! Pointless battles ahoy!
-
It will take a lot more tits and ass to make me forget Natsu and Grey don't have any real reason to fight.
Gildartz looked weird.
-
Might be a bit hypocritical of me, but I don't see the point in getting worked up about all this. FT has been shite for a long time now, and it will remain shite for the rest of its existence so…

People are just disappointed since at any time Mashima could've pulled this manga out of the bush league and made something decent out of the series, but instead it's potential has been constantly squandered every step of the way.

Anybody want to take bets on this ending with them killing each other and then getting revived in the next chapter?

He just used Death/Instant revive, gotta give that one a break I'm guessing he goes back to his classic "Friendship will overcome anything!" … with these two fighting, it just seems very obvious. Lucy shows up, she calms Natsu because friendship ... Grey still wants to fight but then Juvia shows up and calms him because friendship, "we're friends again ... it's time to stop zeref ... together ... because we're always friendship!"

Then timeskip offpaneling the battle, cut to double wedding. The end.
