Here's some more details about the collection, which come from an employee's twitter:
– Save slot for each game
– Won’t feature any new art that isn’t featured in the big Mega Man 25th anniversary art book
– No filter, NTSC composite simulation, RGB monitor filters
– Unclear if 3D will be supported
– Can stretch to 16:9 if you want
– Not restoring unused content from the Mega Man 3 cart
– Audio is apparently “spectacular”
– The team contracted an expert to help with audio

@maxterdexter:
I'll say it again, not putting the rest of the main series, specialy 9 and 10 with the same retro style of the first 6, is dumb. Yeah, the other 3 (7, 8 and &Bass) would stick out, but they are the whole series, there must be a poor intern who can be forced to port them to nes graphics.
Yeah… same thoughts here. I'm only content with it due to the low price (and PC version, since all emulators seem to glitch a bit when playing most of these games), but if it was any higher, I'd expect most of that to be present as well. The second collection is going to be pretty odd if it ever happens, since it'd be 7-10, and then a few X games?
And Cifaldi addressed the amount of games in his tweets, but I don't agree with him 100%.
