I'm listening to the drunken dudebros downstairs shout an argument about something dumb at each other. I really hope they don't start a party later tonight.

I am really surprised to find a accordion in this music.
This is the kind of music I want to play in the future (in a band). -

Listening to the new River City Extension album. This shit seriously puts a smile on my face. Seems a bit more meandering than the past albums but it's still good.

Just recently discovered the joy of Electro-swing. Oh my.
Caravan Parade is major enough to buy anywhere, but Tape Five was too obscure, had to import. -
-
I will not open myself this way again.
-
Love Tom Waits. Wonder if he's ever going to make a new album. Last one was 4 years ago.
-
-
This still sends chills through me.

Listening to "To Pimp a Butterfly" currently!
King Kunta didn't hit me when it leaked but listening to it over the course of the album elevated it. Goes hard.
How are you liking the album?

I'm really enjoying it.
Definitely my new favorite Kendrick album.
He can really do no wrong (at this point let's see if he can go for a three peat).
I really like that he was okay branching out even more and didn't sell out (not that I thought he would) and that he keeps thinking of new creative ways to do things. I've seen people complain about it not having any bangers but it does (like the amazing Alright) but it's different.
I'm so happy it's getting the acclaim and push it deserves.
I may not agree with some of his ideals like the religion pushing he does but he makes it listenable and relatable so you can get the message behind it even if you don't buy into the supernatural aspect like with Jesus Walks from Kanye.
Also I've always hated the words boo boo and I even talked about that two weeks ago but he's made me like saying it so that's an accomplishment. -

I like the cohesion and funk/soul mixed with the raw delivery. I've only had one full listen when it came out. Just been listening to it as it plays on my iPod, but I'm happy. Love the outro on "Mortal Man" too. I co-sign your feelings about the religious aspects but it's not overbearing, and like you said, it's easy to listen and relate to.
Lol @ boo boo.

Love when harsh vocals are used lightly in songs you wouldn't expect them to be in.

Was able to see Simon and Sting together with their bands live. What a bunch of great musicians @.@
