Im a bit confused about Laws skin. On chapter 762 Machvise commented on how white he was. Yet he didn`t have any visible white spots, yet. He gets those on the following chapter.

Time progresses in the following chapter so the effects get worse as the disease progresses.

Usually when a character is about to get introduced Oda only shows parts of his face to make it anonymous as possible and pique the interest of some viewers. :)

No. It actually makes PERFECT SENSE. The donquixote family being FORMER tenryubito gave them the reasons to attack them. NOT BEING CURRENT tenryubito means no admiral will come whoop your ass if you hurt them (donquixote).
Tenryubitos are not strong fighters. They just carry guns. Ordinary people would have killed them long ago and this slavery shit wouldn't have happened if they weren't protected for being the "creators" of this current OPverse.
Yeah, of course it is plausible in the point of view of the civilians to take revenge on a CD who isn't protected by admirals anymore.
But I still had mixed feelings about the first few pages. Saint Homing was the only tenryuubito (if we don't count the Nefertaris) with sth like remorse or at least he wasn't as bonkers as the other CDs cause he claimed to be a "mere" human.
I would have felt better if those civilians took revenge on an ordinary assholic tenryuubito.

Consider: This is probably first time where downtrodden fighting the privaleged are not portrayed in purely positive light. I bloody well love it. Scenes like this are one of the reasons I loved the series in the first place.
