You people act like Season 2 of Korra murdered your parents in their sleep.
Nick is clearly the bad guy here and if this is the last season then Nick is completely to blame. The audience is still very much there.
That's kinda… what most of us are arguing besides Miss Saturday, actually. S2 probably played little impact into the decision as to whether or not the show was going purely digital or not.
--- Update From New Post Merge ---
-That fight was pretty sensational. Possibly the most intense pajama party I've ever seen.
Pfft, not one pillow being thrown around. Su obviously cheapened out on the party expenses.
-I'm still not super comfortable that we know next to nothing about our villains halfway through the season.
If anything, I feel like that's a good indication that the villains are here to stick around til the next season. Yeah sure it'd be great to have gotten their team name/motto/theme song/mascot out this episode, but I'd much prefer a long lasting set of villains than a "villain of the season" that has harmed the narrative for the first two season. "Gotta wrap up this single and only season of Korra… let's just have him be a blood bender and be ousted because of his waterbending." or "Well we need Unalaq to open up the portals... but for some reason we think it's a bad idea to have a dark avatar running around and causing mayhem. Let's settle it with a Kaiju fight"
Hell that's why the villains are pretty appealing I think. That they're these small scale guys who seem to have this thing for a righteous cause but we're only learning bits and pieces of crumbs as the episodes go by, versus Unalaq's "Let's make it obvious, up front, and without any depth. Also, giant fight."
-More Varrick is always welcome, and his knowledge of foot care once again proves to be ahead of it's time.
"Hey Bolin I know pretty much everything I said almost ruined your life but you want some relationship advice with this girl you just got to know? Also the guard's totally being framed. Trust me, I have experience."
-Su: "I'm glad I made up with my sister after decades of bitterness. Whelp, time to immediately betray her trust."
Yeah it's kinda weird but it makes sense I guess. The Truth Seer was probably around for even when Su was building Zaofu so she'd probably be closer to him at the moment than an estranged sister who up til yesterday hated her guts.
