I seriously think law and his crew will be permanently joining the Straw hats, especially after this arc. We are about to get a tragic flashback for Law when he was a child, a key point with every Straw Hat. Zou is the next island, which means Law is at least sticking around for the next arc. Hopefully Zou is a Jinbe arc so that way we can complete potential payoffs since FI.
Chapter 749: Rascals attack!

Sabo or luffy? Who will fight doffy
I'd say luffy, Sabo can go after the guys from cp0 they should be worth the hype.

Very unlikely. Law's ability is too overpowered and convenient, to the point that Oda has to limit him to be unable to do anything right now.
He would also make Chopper redundant.

Why will he make Chooper redundant?
Everything is pointing out to Law's coming along till who knows how many arc ahead, it doesn't matter how broken his fruit is.

yup, as ally but not as strawhat.

I doubt law would agree to become his subordinate so easily they'll probably just maintain the alliance they have now and law will consider luffy a friend. The Balt club pirates and Happousai Navy on the other hand are definitely gonna be under luffy.

Because he is this miracle doctor with a devil fruit tailored for operation. remember who saved luffy and jinbe after marineford?
And i dont think he will stick around for too long. Its really really hard to make his fruit work from a stortelling POV.

Reread Punk Hazard, especially the later chapters.

At the Moment its hard for a Bellamy Fan… But i Hope we will See him in the corazon Flashback as a Child....
It would be great if flashback started in East Blue and beside kid Law we would see backstory for Bellamy(Bellamy for New Nakama ).
As Mingos crew came to Dressrosa 10 years ago and Corazon presumably died 13 years ago. So flashback has to take place in different island than Dressrosa, maybe in some city on main land so to say.
I expect that there is a lot more to Bellamys respect towards Doflamingo than we expect. -
All those theory flying around just make me stay on the other side of the room, but anyways here is my 2 weeks.
A young kid named Donquixote Doflamingo lost his mother at the age of 8 and killed his father at the age of 10, the circumstances are uncertain, but the young boy was exiled from his home country and was dropped in a remote sea called North Blue where he met a Young boy that received the name of Corazon, they forged a bond so strong that the people started to see them as brothers, the young boys did anything and everything in order to survive the hardship of their lands, years later they formed a pirate crew where the crew members they recruited were slaves that served under a group of people that are called "Tenryoubitos" and are known throughout the world as the savors… (To be Continued)
----------------------------------Home sweet Home---------------------------------------------
The two boys and their Pirate crew became world known due to different circumstances that involved Piracy (Dahhh), kidnapping and killing, but one of the brothers had a different view of the world, one completely different from his brother, who only craved for power and believed that there's no place for the weak on this world while the brother (Cozaron) believed in a world where everybody could be equal to each other, where royalty didn't matter, where blood or appearance didn't define who you are or who you should be, this brought conflicts between the two brothers to the point where the crew had to choose who they wanted to follow, some of the crew member choose to stay with the older brother (Doflamingo) while the others decided to leave with the Younger brother (Corazon), but the older brother didn't like what the younger brother has done, so he choose to fight with his younger brother and prove him that strength is everything in this world and the weak doesn't deserve a place on this world, the older brother's crew annihilated the younger brother's crew leaving only one survival, a 13 years old kid named Law, who was the apprentice of Corazon, Doflamingo spared Law life due to the memories, resemblance and attitude the young Law had that reminded him about his younger brother...
You forgot sanji. Corazon was seen lying on a bed too. I think how Corazon ended up dying was due to a heart failure and no doctor could heal it and the last thing he wanted to do was eat something good. So he went to the baratae restaurant in North Blue and soon died afterwards. The heart failure was so bad that no doctor could heal it and that's how Law dedicated his life to become a heart doctor. Law blamed Doflamingo may because he was the one to inflict the heart damage OR because Doflamingo wasn't there to protect Corazon because he believed in his brother's power so Law's hatred turned towards Doflamingo, not the killer. But then again Doflamingo said he cared about his executives more than anything, I am sure he would never turn against Corazon. Law took the heart seat and Doflamingo missed his brother so much he started calling Law his brother. But then again doflamingo did damage Law pretty badly for betraying hm.. maybe it was a hashirama/madara dilemma. And actually I don't know if Law took the heart seat or not, maybe he wasn't a executive.
-
I dont think Bellamy has known DF for that long. He was never a part of the Donquixote Family, He admired DF greatly but he had his own crew and DF simply took an interest in him.
Bellamy admired Doffy since he was a Child, he Said That when he Talked to Luffy in the Colloseum. He Must have a reason why he admired Doffy so much…
-
And about him being a swordsman as well? That's just so random and generic.
This. Zoro's opponents so don't have to be swordsmen. It's annoying … But at least it's more like he's randomly swinging some ridicusword than he's a swordsman. I still feel fairly confident his fighting style will boil down to using his ridiculous powers in combination with brute strength.
I'm also disappointed by Pica's behavior. Really? Going at the two of them with sword was the best he could come up with? His ability is rock manipulation. The are several different ways he could go about it, without exposing himself to blows. I hate characters being stupid…
Pica wasn't really implied to be intelligent. He's just the PICA SMASH guy who smashes things. Remember the whole "I don't like these roundabout methods, let me kill everyone" thing?
-
Sure. Then if weapon has wooden handle she can also be compared to wood paramecia if there will be something like that.
And gunpowder paramecia. And rocket fuel paramecia when she turns into rocket. And dynamite paramecia when she turns part of herself into material that blows up stuff.
I get your point but those abilities are pretty far from each other if you look at it wider.
Please yourself and be arrogant arrognat people most often end up looking like fools.
Dealing in facts rather than wild theories isn't being arrogant.
People who propagate the same hole ridden theories over and over generally have a higher chance of looking like fools, I'm afraid.

Looks like you have to be on top in every discussion, so whatever.
I next post when you will have nothing proper to reply you will end up your post with "lol" probably
Ignorant people look like fools all the time outside of forums, so I take my risk with sticking to my thoughts and backing it up with some arguments.
At least King Cannon throws understandable arguments and even he as one of bigger anti-fans of my theory said lately that it seems like Vergo might be cyborg/ partially made out of metal.
Beside with all badmouthing that Sanji gotten Oda takes him away from action and now we will have flashback very soon as it seems before Sanji will be back into chapters- what better time to reveal metal paramecia for Vergo than now and then get back to Sanji and make him shine by beating one of Big Mom subordinates or holding back two of them so he would shine like Zoro and Luffy will.
Leg cracking thing was very weird for Sanji who trained his legs to be durable enough to break pacifista neck. You add nothing to subject- simplyfying your posts its like "nope its not that lol".
So add something or quit making fun of my idea.

I replied to your latest theory about how maybe Law couldn't cut Vergo when he was a kid because of his theorised metal DF.
I pointed out that Doflamingo stated it was Vergo's haki that he believed would shield him from Law's attacks.
King Cannon stated that Vergo being a cyborg is another option, that would maybe explain some of the things that make you jump to the conclusion of a metal DF. He never said it was likely.
Don't have a little tantrum just because I disagree with your theory lol.
-
Why cant Vergo just be a real hardass, with hardass Haki…
-
I loved Vergo, need more hamburgers on faces in One Piece please Oda.
-
Vergo just has an amazing armament that is what sanji meant when he compared him to a lump of metal, he's the only one so far that's shown the ability to cover his whole body even ceaser was confident of Vergos abilities. http://www.mangapanda.com/one-piece/690/7
I mean he blew a hole in the lab with a blow dart!!! As for Sanji's leg breaking he was just caught by surprise, basically someone that excels in observation shouldn't go against someone that excels in armament head on like that. The Straw hats are definitely stronger but they lack experience. They've made a lot of mistakes and taken some hits they could have avoided since they stepped into the new world -

bellamy idolize mingo.
law idolize cora
so it means that bella meet cora? -
Can't wait to see what this thread will look like in 2 weeks.

I wouldn't survive another "frog in the well" line.
Your are a rock in an aquarium, not knowing about the mighty Neptune's Shield. I demand half a chapter dedicated to their fight at least.
Vaga, what's the point of posting your theory armament couple dozen times, while not being able to add anything at all to it? You theory is bad, but we already had our discussion elsewhere. :-P
-
As in case of Pica being a swodrman, it is very random and out of place but then again X Drake's devil fruit is out of place as well. I also think Oda might have rushed this chapter a bit in terms of Pica, hence why he appears to act like Hulk.
As for the Vergo theory? There is nothing satisfying about his character if he is a cyborg. It beats the point of his strength, similarly to Kuma.
I just hope that the arc does not end in traditional One Piece fashion, where Lufy beats up the main bad guy. If it happens, then Luffy definitely use his gear 4 for the first, which I am sure he has. It would more interesting if someone broke the birdcage and I still have no idea how that will happen. Anyone help me please?
After that it would be cool if Kaido came, and saw the Big Mom ship and blew it up. A whole new twist, which unfortunately, prolongs the arc, but speeds the fricking plot and makes it unique. I am getting a bit sick of the luffy beats the main bad guy all the time. It would be too repetitive, which is why I liked Impel Down so much.

If I mention that theory always some new people hear about it for first time or are strongly against it.
Whats point of your reply if you still didnt came up with any strong argument that makes my theory impossible smartass ?

Pk Da Legend is right and you still make excuses over not adding anything rather than some good arguments against what I say.
You point holes in your opinion yet you didnt pointed anything that makes it impossible Vergo to end up with Devil Fruit power :ninja:Its silly because Oda still has presumably a lot to tell about Vergo as he left us guessing what Vergo did to Law and during fights he didnt named/explained properly some moves/techniques from Vergo.
Some things are still open and I used those untied ends to make theory. So whats so bad about it?My lord vegabond is extremely stubborn. Borderline delusional

What do you think about Apoo talking about Law is infamous for his cruelty?
Something about DD Vergo ? we don't really know any Law past too -
Whats the point of giving a character a DF if you keep it a secret? Oda always makes it pretty clear if a Major character is a DF users. If Vergo had a DF we would have learned about it during Punk Hazard.
I dont think he was saving it for a possible flashback…
-
Maybe his DF is the power to summon hamburgers
-
It would more interesting if someone broke the birdcage and I still have no idea how that will happen. Anyone help me please?
There are a bunch of people that could pull it off, Fujitora would be my 1st bet since his first priority is the safety of the citizens, Sabo should be able to do it but i can't see the story going that way, it would be an awesome chance to showoff zoro's skills by having him cut the whole thing. I'd usually add law in this but he's too exhausted to use his powers to this extent, Bartolomeo's df is mostly defensive, I don't think chinjao is strong enough and we still don't know the full strength of cavendish/hakuba
-
Maybe his DF is the power to summon hamburgers
Or he ate the opposite of Alvidas DF, a light version of Trebols that makes his body Sticky. There is more evidance supporting this than a metal paramecia…
-
Maybe his DF is the power to summon hamburgers
Hamburger magnet? He also gotten spoon stuck to his face.
But of course he is like that because stuff sticks to some people just because. Mhm. Yea. Sure. No devil fruit. Nah nah.
@Mirage- sure you cant especially with Lincoln talking about internet memes

But you cant cross it out as possibility until we get Laws flashback finished.. Would be unusual for Oda but it would explain some things.

Look out or you will start to consider Vergo a DF user :ninja:

Its better to have "bad" theory than to act like an ass that points faults and doesnt add much to subject most of timesImpossibly bad, that's what yours is. :/ Arguments like "prove me that it's impossible" are dumb, that's what they are. It's the same argument as: "Prove that there is no god.derp" You have to provide the evidence that he/it's there, not the way around. The countless arguments providing a logical reasoning for why your theory is wrong don't satisfy you, but does it really matter? No, a lost case is a lost case. ;)
Why would I even have to add much to anything? There is no such rule, simple as that. In which alternative universe is it good to have a "bad" theory? Oo
@vagabond87:Its silly because Oda still has presumably a lot to tell about Vergo as he left us guessing what Vergo did to Law and during fights he didnt named/explained properly some moves/techniques from Vergo.
More like nothing to tell. He beat up/punished Law somehow, there is nothing to guess.-_- What else could there be? Oo What tecniques/movies are left to explain? Which?

Some things are still open and I used those untied ends to make theory. So whats so bad about it?All the things you've mentioned in relation to Vergo having a metal DF can be explained with far more straightforward explanations, or just make no sense whatsoever.
I'm simply applying a little thing called Occam's razor.
Just because there hasn't been any incident making it 100% impossible for Vergo to have a metal DF does not make it true. Please don't use an argument from ignorance.
It's not even so much the theory itself that's so incredibly bad, it's the way you continually bring it up, and then get upset when people disagree with it.
-
Oh my god are we actually still talking about fucking Vergo
-
Stuff about Vergo :ninja:
! @Schabrak:
! > More like nothing to tell. He beat up/punished Law somehow, there is nothing to guess.-_- What else could there be? Oo What tecniques/movies are left to explain? Which?
! You can try and simplify stuff.
As for unexplained technique- for example Vergos muscles grown quite a lot in few panels. Enough for him to take of his coat so it doesnt get shreded by growth of his muscles.
From not being much bigger than Law
! >! but as I reply to all you ask it will just continue to make you go and write your nope nope nope nope stuff.
I like this subject because it shows how many of you people let people think and write about unpopular theories that they might have. At least from King Cannon came out pretty fresh idea on Vergo being cyborg. From most of the rest- something like hate. When all that you for example Schabrak can say is that my theory is bad I enjoy talking about Vergo and time will tell how flashback will work out.
! I am very curious because next chapter will be comming out around my birthday So if it will contain Vergo part of flashback I will remember that birthday for very long time one way or another
! @RobZilla:

! Well your post simply summed up nicely your own ignorance so I dont have to write much. I dont get very upset over not agreeing with me but ignorance of possibility of me being right tickle me a bit in a wrong way
! Beside using economy therm/ method like Occams Razor when it comes to writer like Oda who did unexpected things, turns and twists that nobody expected or when hints were very small isnt best choice..So maybe lets talk about Corazon - this is safe subject and nobody will jump on my like over any other subject that I bring up
So I think he was world wide known doctor and Doflamingo took his med company after Corazons death(I expect that Corazon did good stuff for society when Doflamingo did all bad kinds of deals like drug and weapon selling). Law is a doctor simply because his role model was one as well imo.
So Doflamingos - Corazons symbol being on Whitebeard meds would make a lot of sense if Mingo took over his brother business.
And I think that Doflamingo being provider of Whitebeard meds might be reason for Whitebeards worsening health especially before the war as Marco pointed that Whitebeards health gotten far worse especially lately- before Marineford war. Maybe Mingo was slowly poisoning Whitebeard helping goverment and marines- so Marines dared to challenge Whitebeard, that was unthinkable for most of world 2 years ago.
-

Oda doesn't just throw out twists from nowhere.
Pretty much everything Oda does is laid out in advance and foreshadowed.
It makes perfect sense to use Occam's Razor when analysing his work.
Pretty ironic for you to be calling me ignorant. LOL.

Oh and what's the point to give a df that makes u harder, to the person that has the hardest ability shown up to date lol
-
Doflamingo said (end of punk hazard) to baby 5 , buffalo that all that theyve done is taking orders of him. (like controlling them , same thing with Monet scene).
Plus vergo is the 1st member of DD . And he was a marines VA.^ maybe all of this theory things could found out to be completely wrong.
Its deep to find out the stuff of DD family and cora and law, we have to w8 20 days to find some things out about the past of the big players.
What looks possible/"logical" to me is that DD is the BAD guy and Cora is the GOOD guy . Maybe its another self of the same person (not really possible , sounds kinda crazy) but it comes to play the DF which is the main thing and this is controlling other people , ito ito no mi , maybe dd manipulates his crew and even they dont really know the whole truth of donquixote family (?).
And all of this comes to play and a connection for sure with the CP0 (intelligence)EDIT * (offtopic)
Finally vegapunk might has a connection with the DF of DD , (also we have seen a few panels with Kuma and DD - scene with ivankov in the great war -)
–-
@peeko:Oh and what's the point to give a df that makes u harder, to the person that has the hardest ability shown up to date lol
yes guys i think its straight forward now , because it is said many times in the manga that he is a beast in haki things .
-
Because he is this miracle doctor with a devil fruit tailored for operation. remember who saved luffy and jinbe after marineford?
And i dont think he will stick around for too long. Its really really hard to make his fruit work from a stortelling POV.
Reread Punk Hazard, especially the later chapters.
He's not the miracle doctor, his Devil Fruit allows him to do certain things in an easier and faster way than any other doctor out there, but as oppose to Chooper who posses a certain amount of knowledge about medicine that you can't find it anywhere but on that island he trained, it makes things more interesting or should I say more efficient for Chopper to not get overshadowed by Law's hax fruit.
Not sure If sarcasm or just him being him
…
-
Oh and what's the point to give a df that makes u harder, to the person that has the hardest ability shown up to date lol
Harder than Jozu with his diamond DF power + haki?
Robzilla - I am dissapointed that you dont reply to my theory about Mingo being responsible for Whitebeards bad health and his connection to company making/selling meds after Corazons death(with Corazon symbol on bottles of those meds). What do you think about it?
Or will you ignore my question? :ninja:Whats the point of giving a character a DF if you keep it a secret? Oda always makes it pretty clear if a Major character is a DF users. If Vergo had a DF we would have learned about it during Punk Hazard.
I dont think he was saving it for a possible flashback…
We know that Kinemon has one but we know almost nothing about it till now. We seen it being used to change rocks to cloths but we didnt gotten name etc. And Kinemon for first time appeared before Vergo.
Also if you count for example Uroque as one of major characters- he also has Devil Fruit power and Oda revealed it and explained how it works already in databook not in the chapters. We gotten just that Uroque grown enormously big after taking damage during fight with pacifista. He has devil fruit that transfers damage into power- did you knew about it? We only gotten one attack from him and no explanation in manga for quite few years already. If its possible to reveal such thing in databook then dont cross out possibility of revealing other DF power for different character during some flashback.
-
You should stop seing stuff were it doesn't exist.

Yeah of course i knew about Urogue. Why didnt you use Dofla as an example? Took like 12 years until his DF was finally named and specified.
I dont really understand how this confuses you. Showing that a character has a DF, yet not specifing what its name is or exactly how it works, is not the same as not showing any signs of DF power and never suggesting any existance of such (As the case is with Vergo). All his feats can be explained through him being a Haki master, wich we do know. -
You should stop seing stuff were it doesn't exist.
