Why would Fujitora, a person that's been most suspicious of Doflamingo and Shichibukai as a whole through this entire arc, would suddenly go "Gee, I think Doflamingo will totaly keep his word!"

What greed at Ussops side. Saving toys from being forgotten and enslaved (some of them for years and years) just to have the slaver himself get their support back. I would think freedom and the despise for Doffy and his backstabbing ways should've been enough to have at least half of the freed slaves not even consider the 500 million beri.

At the same time, they calm the populace down.
And Fujitora goes after the mastermind himself, Doflamingo, stripping him from the Shichibukai status and dealing with him personaly.
That's a good plan... if that's what he has in mind.
I for one found this chapter almost completely pointless.
Not complaining, Oda has the luxury to make a bad chapter or another since he always delivers great ones. But still, I thought this one felt really stretched with the whole hunt part taking almost a whole chapter and having enough content for just 3 pages. Also, it seems that for a while now Usopp funny scenes fail miserably to get me.
And on a side note, I wonder when Doffy got info about Sabo and Usopp. I supposed he got filled in by Treból and Diamante when Pica got the factory up there but that was, like, 1 minute ago, when Doflamingo was already in the middle of his speech.
Also, it seems like he found out Franky went missing even before his men that were there? Otherwise, what would be the point in giving a bounty to someone his men had already pined down?

They were confused as to how he was able to trick them. That does not mean he somehow gets a free pass at murdering everyone. I have no idea why Fujitora would care about his connections at the time like this.

I'm reserving my judgment on Fujitora's decision to target the alliance instead of Doflamingo for later. We don't know yet what exactly he has in mind by doint that.
Best thing in this chapter though is Zoro's Den Den Mushi 
. Somebody needs to ask Oda to draw the Den Den Mushi for every Straw Hat crew members.
