俺が憎いか?
俺の痛みはomae ijouuuu daaaaa!!!!Are you refering to that scene, by any chance…
!
Now, to the most memorable scene is Shippuden…
I would say the moment when Naruto hyperventilates at the mere thought of Sasuke not coming back. It's the most terrible character moment in the entire series, and I personally printed that chapter (because volumes haven't reached that point in my country yet) just so I can burn it.
-
You know what's depressing. Looking back at last year's Naruto moments while looking up where exactly Naruto 2013-2014 is, there are a lot of really stupid creative decisions made by Kishimoto, but pretty much every decision he's made to make the battle a dire situation is absolutely forgettable. Nevermind just bad and a way of drawing things out. I just completely forgot about these sorts of things happening every single chapter.
This giant storm of nonsense for example: http://www.mangapanda.com/naruto/628/17. This was a thing.

It took me a whole minute of staring at the upper panel to even notice Obito.

Maybe Yhwach's "A" stands for The Absorb.
I'm guessing it stands for The Absolute.

Honestly, while I hate Naruto with passion, I always have at least a little bit of fun in Jiraiya scenes. He, and Killer B, remain my most favorite characters in the series, even if I dislike the rest of it.
But, recent color spread maked me think… it's clear that Kishi still has talent for drawing, and some of the moments in the series are actually well written, no matter how much I loathe to admit it...
It makes me wonder why he can't just keep up a consistent level of quality.
-
Confession Session: I like the title (only the title) of the Bleach chapter. "God Like You" The pretentious titles are hit or miss, and it's so easy to make fun of, but this time I liked it.
-
It makes me wonder why he can't just keep up a consistent level of quality.
I'd say his heart is not init any more. He wrote himself into a corner and is now trying to end it while providing a satisfactory ending.
From the moment Tobi announced the war, things went downhill. And he announced the war without even knowing Kabuto will join with all those Edo Tensei, which were the single most important component of the war.Anyway, even if I try to reason it with Kishi trying to end it, still don't get all this Madara filler. What made Naruto fights interesting were set rules. Madara keeps breaking it all from the moment he revived. It's boring as hell. Bleach is actually interesting in comparison, but only because I want to see all the Bankai that wasn't shown.
Speaking of those battles in Naruto, I recently started reading Kingdom, and read more than half now. It's interesting how a good author can make a battle of normal people (mostly) seem multiple times interesting than the battle of thousands of ninjas.

To be honest, I wonder if that was at least partial editorial mandate. You know, editors no letting him end the series?
Because, you know, if we would write Toby being secretly a mastermind behind Akatsuki and Itachi being a good guy off… The series could've already have fairly satisfying end. It would have been a little bit open ended, with Sasuke wandering around, with emptyness that revenge brought him and Naruto trying to bring the peace to ninja states. It would actually be a rather okay ending, in my opinion.
As for making battles interesting, there is also a lot more effort into making something ordinary look interesting. Mostly because you can just depend on special effects.
As for Madara, interesting thing has been pointed out on TvTropes Naruto Wallbanger page.
Ten members of Akatsuki would take three days to pull out one beast, from one Jinchuriki. It was said that the lenght of the process depends on those persons chakra. The more they have, the quicker the process. Got that? Okay, Madara in his Senju chakra mode just pulled out TWO at the same time in the matter of minutes. Plus another seven that were just wandering around.
Which would mean that he has many times more chakra then ten Akatsuki members TOGETHER.
Kishi would've a lot less trouble dealing with Madara if he just stopped making him more OP at every turn.

Well yeah, I have a feeling a lot of things would turn out different if Kishi got to write it like he wanted to. For example, all that fated battle between Naruto and Sasuke foreshadowing seems like it got thrown into water with the way this battle is going now. With those two even fusing their attacks ffs. Not saying I like either option more, but it feels like the plot was going in one direction, that got overwritten toward another.
Anyway, since the start of this "war", plotholes have been piling up one after another. I discussed the hell out of it back on MH. Along with that sealing, unsealing thing, there's also the fact that Madara's revival was a series of impossible coincidences (to say it was all part of the plan looks like a bad joke), and the fact he used Rinnegan jutsu without Rinnegan.
Of course, there are fan explanations for any of these, that might even work, but until the author confirms it, it's pretty much a plot hole.Things are really fucked up the way Madara is OP for no special reason. Rest of the battlefield is reduced to cameos commenting and veteran ninjas keep attacking him one by one. I don't really understand people who keep cumming over every new chapter as if it's genius of storytelling and fight scenes.
Most of the manga/anime or movies turn bad once heroes start fighting the final overpowered villain, though.Bleach, on the other hand, has always been the same but I guess you get fed up with seeing the same one sided battle repeat and repeat, with good guys explaining their abilities right at the bat, only to get pawned by an enemy who doesn't talk about their power before it's too late. It's like watching a turn based battle in which someone is always overwhelmingly stronger.

Oh my goodness that's a perfect analogy for Bleach.

Other than the fact that Kishi just decided to make the Uchihas a plot tumor, I find it odd how he never went into the history of the Byakugan, the third eye technique, but "lol side character ability even though it is related to ass pull incarnate the Sharingan.

probably because he is now planning the story as it goes instead of having a sript already planned from the beginning.Oda had the wa no kuni script on his desk while drawing punk hazard (and he probably has the main storyline already planned from the beginning)..kishi doesn't know how to kill madara in his own story and admitted it as recently as a couple of weeks ago at jump festa.
also,he is probably as bored as we are with this story and these characters, but he also know how popular his manga is,and he doesn't know if his next story will have the same kind of success,so he is trying to keep it alive -
Saw the current title of this thread and thought "Hey! They really do need Cage!"

I already quit on Blah a long time ago so I have no idea what is happening now. As for Nah, I am quite sure that the First gave Sasuke that thing that will trigger the activation of his Rinnegan and he will like sacrifice his life to revive everyone or so. A fitted ending for him, I guess.

Nah that's Obito's job. Probably he'll break free through bonds or "Rin would have wanted this" or something.
And then Sasuke will use his Rinnegan to combat Madara and his one eye of a Rinnegan, gain the upper hand, and then Madara will awaken his second eye.

I do not think Obito needs redemption anymore. I mean who cares about him, he already had his purpose in overpowering Madara. Sad, but in my opinion, Kishi had wasted Obito.

Yeah, as if anyone cared about him for the past fifty chapters, but that won't stop Kishimoto from seeing more use from his husk of a corpse

And then Bleach turned into After Earth

There is no reason why Rukia should be unable to feel fear.
Oh well, how high is the chance that she will get her Bankai now?

we're doing the Scarecrow thing now ? Ugh.
Honestly this is probably the most interesting Sternritter left but….I just don't care. I just wanna see Colonel Sanders Quincy again, cause I hope he'll shoot whoever he's fighting and thus cut all the bullshit dialogue.
-
Is he using the poison of the Brazilian Wandering Spider?
-
God fucking damn it, Kubo, this is just bad, not even funny bad! You really are the Shyamalan of manga. What's so great about Rukia looking like black-haired Hitsugaya and telling the guy that his fear doesn't work on her?
-
Hopefully they will give a good fight to Rukia (no matter how stupid this chapter was)
Great for Kubo, another dumb setup for Renji being owned by someone else (at this point I don't care that I don't remember the villian's name)
As always Rose & Kensei will survive as Isano is treating them …
This chapter is actually A BIT better than last week.
-
I was wonder who was the dumb quincy that decided not to attack a sleepy Renji and literally watched him all night.
Then I realised he was no mere Quincy. He is so great Bach signed this guy up just by looking at his anme alone.
He is…

EMOTE.
FUCKING.EMOTE.
Hey
Hey Kubo
People have these things called "expressions" and "feelings"
They look like this: :sad::getlost:
Some people claim there may even be emotions beyond those!
Hey gliblord! Guess what? Guess what?
Being as emotionless as a dead fish is now a certified canon BATTLE STRATEGY
A+ Kubo well done
-
Renji, don't try so hard!
-
I can feel it. Kubo is going to use this opportunity to totally feed us deeply pretentious philosophical bs about 'fear' and shove it down our throats.
Prepare your throats AP, it is going to be abused soon.

Note how only the villains express emotions

He's so breaking out the stealth camo next chapter.

I hope you guys are enjoying bashing Kubo once again.
Another nice chapter of Bleach.

You mean Bach? .
Well everyone knows people who spearhead invasions that will change the face of the cosmos forever ought to have the same expression as a person reading a Harper's while waiting for a dentist's appointment

Please, do tell, what was nice about this chapter and, more importantly, why did you add "another" there - were there any good Bleach chapters lately? How long ago are we talking? Months or years?
-
Wtf??? Why did Renji feel the need to take a nap???
Interesting to have Rukia take on As Nodt (the whole avenge-my-brother venue)…..but.....huh? I know the Quincies' powers tend to be whatever the hell Kubo wants them to be, but how does a sword block fear? Furthermore….the solution is to be emotionless and not be afraid? How….but.....well, why didn't Byakuya (the actual emotionless one) try to do that! But regardless, how is it that a strategy?
Dang it, Kubo.

I'm enjoying every chapter. Nobody is perfect and Bleach perhabs have more visible flaws than other mangas.
I dislike when people sets up standards for themselves as barriers to prevent themselves from enjoying things. After all everyone is individual and does things his own way, including Kubo. I'd rather enjoy reading what he makes on his own will than look down on him for having those "imperfections".
Sorry, but I'm just slghtly annoyed for reading those kinds of comments all the time on this topic. -
Get ready for the philosophical chat about fear between Rukia and the err stenritter person!
And why didn't the other one kill Renji? Like seriously why? It doesn't make any sense… Oh wait i forgot bleach hasn't made any sense for a while now...Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk

Sorry, but I'm just slghtly annoyed for reading those kinds of comments all the time on this topic. When enjoying everything means abandoning every standard and being a mindless consumer drone, I'd rather be a cynic with no fun. There's plenty of fun left in any kind of media nevertheless.
