@Aohige_AP:
…...you do realize Full Metal Alchemist sold FIFTEEN TIMES MORE copies than Neuro right? 61 million versus 4 million?
You cannot compare the two cases in recognition level. At all.
Neuro is nothing more than a cult hit.
The minor success of Neuro plays a very small part in immense success of AC.
I wasn't trying to exactly compare Fullmetal with Neuro since i knew Fullmetal was way more popular than it ( though didn't know it was 15 times more popular) . And i didn't mean to say that Neuro somehow was the key behind AssClass success , i just meant to say that the people who have read Neuro would have read this too and of course the series itself was a major success and brought lots of it's own new readers .

@TheGreatestSwordsman:
During the time it was out, it was far more popular than both put together. Like i said, I've never seen anything like since DBZ was at its prime over here. There's really no reason why the hype should die down on its second season, the opposite is the far likelier chance. That's similar to stating a really popular first book sells a lot, and apparently its sequel isn't going to sell as much.
Sales wise, you could certainly be right.
Yea but that is basically like what happen in Japan . People in the west are now buying all the Attack on Titan volumes which is why it's really selling in USA but some time next year fans will be caught up and then Attack on Titan's sales will certainly drop and i don't think it will match up to series like Naruto or Bleach which has been in top 10 for a long time .
