@Sick_Fool:
I don't know why you're getting worked up over a most likely Oda distance error just like the one with Hody.
I'm expecting this'll get fixed in the volume, anyway.
Honestly, it's the entire ability and the cheesy convenience that it provides as a plot device that irks me to no end. It's one of Oda's worst creations ever.
Like, I'd be totally fine with a well-deployed sentry ability if it was pinned to a physical object or to a living organism through possessing its eyes or something - those kind of things are really cool and provide for some funny maneuverability with the plot because the enemies get a read on the protagonists - but since it's completely unrestricted within a radius that's four times the size of bloody Finland? And can also be used to read someone's thoughts and emotions (which in and of itself is overpowered as heck)? That's unacceptable in a series that is trying to maintain at least some sense of an inner logic with its powers and abilities.
And then, to top it off, Oda is giving it to a minor side antagonist just to make a funny gag with Sanji's most annoying caricature-esque character quirk? Ughh, such a waste.

@Aohige_AP:
She's basically launching an invisible set of eyes that flies like a bird, with the range of 4000km
I would think there's travel time involved, although a fast one as it'd be that of a bird.
Like flying around a FPS map in observer mode.
Yeah, lol. A CoD Maphack was the first thing that came to mind when I read that.
