Are they PAL though? Cause I downloaded the NTSC version and they don't work on ePSXe
Look at the Flag after the Genre. It should have a europian flag.
I think this it:

Okay I'll try it out soon, I just need to get to my other computer
You can download different Bios for the emulator so you can play European, American, and other variety games.
How do I get a PAL ISO that has a folder?

I couldn't disagree more. ISO Zone uses third-party filehosting sites, often with crippling slow speeds as well as multiple parts for a lot of games. Emuparadise hosts the downloads on their own server and offers very good download speed as well as every game (as far as I know) being a single part (unless it's a multiple disc game, then each disc is a seperate download).

Sony Corp. has reached a preliminary agreement with Viacom Inc. to carry the media company's cable channels on its planned Internet-based TV service, a person familiar with the matter said, a significant boost for the Japanese company as it races to secure content rights against technology firms vying to offer similar services.
Sony plans to stream traditional cable channels, as well as on-demand content, over the Internet, posing new competition for cable, satellite and phone companies which have long sold subscription TV services.
Sony must still finalize details of its preliminary deal with Viacom, the person says. Sony also has had discussions with major programmers including Walt Disney Co. Time Warner Inc. CBS Corp., people familiar with the situation say. The status of those talks isn't clear.
A person familiar with the matter said Sony is hoping to launch its online pay TV service by the end of the year. Initially, at least, the service is expected to be available via Sony's PlayStation gaming console - a new edition of which could be released soon - as well as "Bravia" high-definition TVs, but later will also work on other Sony devices including tablets and smartphones, the person said.

Wow that is a pretty nifty move from sony. Do you know if its going to be available worldwide once its opened to the public or will it be available only for certain countries.
Don't know but we may learn more in the coming months.
Am I the only one who doesn't care?
[Quietly Raises Hand] I did get a kick out of seeing Time-Warner, Viacom, & CBS being mentioned in there givien how Viacom routinely threatens to pull it's networks off TWC and how CBS has been blacked out on TWC for the last two weeks.
Sounds like some American cable channel. So no, doubt it will have any affect on me at all.

–- Update From New Post Merge ---
They started with showing off the PS4 user interface.
oh borderlands 2 for vita to bad I already played it on the pc.
JRPGs! go!
oh price drop! even for memory cards that's a big thing for me.
The SCEE presenters have considerably less swag then their SCEA counterparts :P
Not a fan of touch games, smudgy smudgy smudge smudge vita screen…
And there's the Vita Price Drop.
Sadly, too little too late, I think. It'll be fine as a PS4 Attachment, but think the time to get devs onboard has passed.
There's the price drop everyone has been waiting for
Price drop on Vita and BL2? Wonderful. That's awesome.
And Murasaki Baby is about the creepiest thing i've seen this week.

Yeah it is quite disturbing
So have they announced any NEW PSV games yet?
By which I mean something that isn't a port of a game already out/coming to the PS3?

Yeah Murasaki baby.
Well, I still wanna play Persona 4 golden and gravity rush… but... hard pressed to get the system just for those. (Though the PSN+ freebies means lots of games already available.) Especially when the 3DS has well over a dozen titles I want.
Sim Games on Vita…
There's a market I hadn't considered that could be pretty great.
--- Update From New Post Merge ---
I remain extremely excited about Hohokum.
Seems like the vita is going for the indie machine as identity.
Man can't we just get some 2d spritebased jrpgs again :P…
Dragon Fantasy, I guess, Darth.
Also, supposedly Rogue Legacy was on-screen very briefly during the Vita Sizzle Reel. Yes, please.
Japanese companies are too busy whoring their classic RPGs into iOS games.
Not the Vita's fault.
[edit] Rouge Legacy!!! yeah!
Binding of Issac for free on psPlus!

Haven't heard about that one yet, but man I would buy rogue legacy on the vita in a heartbeat holding off on steam for a sale.
But portability and instant access would make that game so much better to me.

I know, so sad :(.
When JRPGs suit the platform so perfectly.
–------------------------
Oh RL confirmed just now
Rogue Legacy might be the best game on the Vita when it comes out. It's just frickin' perfect for it.
On a side note this presentation feels a lot less refined(including the stream) on a technical level than the e3/reveal one.
It's up to Sony to make a console thats worth these Japanese devs wanna risk develop on. Not for them to just offer their titles
Not that there's another more sucessful handheld console already out there which is doing well that said devs are largely ignoring for their JRPGs anyways.
Got all excited when people were saying Rogue Legacy. Then realised it wasn't Rogue Galaxy HD
Wow what a bad trailer…. what the f*** did I just watch... Post apocalyptic shooter something?
Rime looks pretty cool, I get team ico vibes.
Helldivers looks like a fun couch experience but the team that did magicka(that's the developer they mentioned?) was a buggy mess.
This Tequila Works game seems interesting.
2d platformers. Fixed perspective RTS style games… COLORFUL GAMES?
I haven't seen a single shooter yet (aside from the opening Killzone).
But i'm digging it. Oh and Hotline Miami 2 is always welcome!
This just looks like some weird version of Galaga
SCEE has better showings than SCEA and SCEJ they said.
Big exclusive games will be announced they said.
What is that shadow of the beast… sony just makes it clear they have a lot of variety but that also means it's a lot of personal hit and miss from the stuff I've seen so far.
Infamous ss, looks so good and yet it doesn't capture me at all, why???
I played all of the previous games though and enjoyed them fine, despite them being really really good they didn't make me a fan.
It's GOOD to have personal hit-and-miss. If it's the same stuff over and over, it's ALL hit or ALL miss.
They've barely showed any shooters.

Absolutely!

Oh they've got twitch as a partnership, ustream was fine but twitch is just currently way more popular in the streaming scene.
Ok their broadband partnerships might be a big deal especially when they have ps4 net subscription packages. Telekom is freaking huge here.
Assassins Creed, let's hope it doesn't crash and stutter.
Whoo boy, another Assassin's Creed IV gameplay footage. Surely I haven't had enough of it.
I guess only TGS has a chance to get me really excited. :/
Minecraft on ps4 at launch.
shots fired
Oh no they did-unt!!!
I don't know, it's not like the PS3 Price-Drop GamesCom from years past, but this feels like a pretty strong showing, especially for the Vita.
What are the bets for the release date announcement? happening? not happening?
–--------------------
Lol, shots fired!!!! xD
Come onnnnnnnn release date in October…!!!
Just facking say it!!
[edit] i'll take November 15th! Woot!
lol i love how he added in "HOw some have shifted their stories" lol amusing
–- Update From New Post Merge ---
A November 15th release date
Pretty boring. No new games I'm interested in. That shot at the Xbone was pretty amusing though.
Europe gets the console on black friday, which doesn't exist here for better or worse xD.
My highlight here is definitely Rime. I'm a sucker for that kind of visuals.
I guess only TGS has a chance to get me really excited. :/
Pretty much this. I feel like an old record but there's maybe one or two indie titles I'm excited for on the PSV (but have more intention to sell the console asap before the price drops so I can get as much money back from it.) but the PS4 titles are essentially titles I wouldn't pay full price for this gen. (or if I am I can already get them for current consoles) And honestly this isn't supporting me in a £400 console at all.
If we get to see some decent looking JRPGs then I'm happy to run out and pre-order one. But yeah…
I guess only TGS has a chance to get me really excited. :/
You took the words exactly right out of my mouth.
TGS is my last hope.
LAST. HOPE.
LAST.
GUARDIAN.
Eh, I'm pretty enthused. I've probably gotten more joy out of small downloadable games in the past three years than most of the AAA-titles–not that I have anything against them--and the PS4 looks like its going to continue and expand this emphasis on variety and smaller, more focused games. And I'm sure that after the first, usually weak, year, the big guns will come out.
