First Livebearer got chopped in half (though he is still alive), now Tommyrod is dead. And Grinpatch & Chiyo don't seem to be all that safe either. What are you doing to all your lovely creepy-faces? D:At least Tommyrod went out with a bang and a really fitting last line for him.
By the way, now that the chapter is out and many people will probably don't go back to the posts we wrote entirely in spoilers before, I'll post my theory of who might be part of the Neo group again, because I am seriously interested to know, what other users around here think.^^
! Jirou - Ichiryuu is the president of the IGO, Midora is the boss of the Bishokukai, so I think it would kind of make sense, if he would be the head of a third fraction. I don't know how this would go with his characters, but I could see it happening.
Uumen Umeda - His silhouette in this chapter was already mentioned, and also there was his ambiguous appearance in the Four Beast Arc.
Joejoe - Same as Uumen.
Mohyan Shaishai - He's missing, he's able to revive the Four Beast and from the looks of it his design fits right into the Neo group. Also with Bishokukai having Kaitora and the IGO having Yosaku he would be a perfect counterpart in this organisation.
Chiyo - She seems to know about Center from Joa.
Shigematsu - So where is the Vice President of the IGO all of this time? With the first and third strongest members of the IGO being 100% loyal, I somehow could see the Nr. 2 defecting.
A member of Gourmet Seven - They would pretty much fit in too imho, also the pose of one of the silhouettes reminded me of Apalon.
Dores - Just think his design matches with the Neo guys as well.
! All just speculation though, but I think it would be pretty awesome, if some of this came true.
Seems like we also have Komatsu's old friends now seperated in one of the groups each. -

Anyway, good chapter. Kinda didn't care for Tommyrod as much any others here but this was a good way to go down. Though yeah, Sani eating another human, essentialy, is a bit off.

Da shit! This was such a Pile of Plot Twist, Zaus, Kuriboh and the hermit, all in a league with a third-party all along! And Tommy has just Died! thats right, Died, too bad we didn't see their Intimidations glaring each other. Well it will don't surprise me, seeing that Kuriboh its a Triple agent sent by Ryuu in the next chapters.

Really gotta hand it to Shima, this isn't the final war (it's not even close to it) but it's one helluva show. Reminds me of Marineford, and (in contrast) some other certain manga in it's final war :getlost:.
And Tommy's dead, but his death is awesome and deserving. And we get lot's of stuff to look forward to next, Zebra jumping in, Setsuno gang-banged, Brunchy VS Elg, and Joa entering the stage. SOOOOOO MUCH to look forward to

On the other hand: Starjuun will very likely win his fight and Zebra hasnt any Sous Chef to defeat either, so maybe its not a pattern, that all the Four Heavenly Kings will win a epic fight.

Anyway that was a fitting and awesome death. Honestly the political stuff wasn't too interesting to me since I think Toriko's plot is more than a little silly. In any case, bring on the carnage! I want to see more death!

I won't stop repeating this: Shima + brutal fights = EPIC WIN.
The plot is a secondary thing for me in Toriko; it's quite silly, although I gotta say that it is well built, and there's a remarcable degree of suspense and intrigue in there.
But it all gets completely overshadowed by the orgasm that is Sani vs. Tommyrod.
If the rest of the fights are like this, I don't think my body is ready.
Also, as cliched as they are, these super manly farewells after a brutal beatdown, "No regrets. This was lots of fun." are sooooo good. I'll never tire of them, ever!

I really don't know what expetcing to happen in the next chapters. I can't imagine Ichiryuu being so careless sending Kousairou and Kuribou. He knew Kousairou was a traitor, I'm sure he knew also about Kuribou. So what now? I don't know what could happen. Maybe Ichiryuu made contact with Jirou? And this will intervene (with Setsuno in danger)? Or maybe one of the traitors is really a spy for the 0th Biotope (Kousairou, not Kuribou)?
I don't know for real. Will Shigematsu intervene? Will Mohyan Shaishai intervene? Is Joa = Zaus? Is Joa freaking strong? -

One of the least engaging chapters I've read. People will point out the consequences of the fight being interesting, but will it? It's not like Tommy was needed in GW, they have other fighters, who will develop to higher levels (based on how the story goes). He wasn't needed, had already lost so he couldn't really be defeated again without dying. He couldn't win because this is the last fight before the Heavenly kings head out to GW.
I'm wondering if its a cop-out that Sanis G-cells 'ate' Tommy rather than saying his body ate it which makes him a cannibal and also provides him with nutrition?
Zebra and Coco will have more exciting fights I hope, there isn't much potential with Toriko, probably end up like him and Grinpach.
Grinpatch will either dominate or lose, you don't know because the direction of the story is unknown. Can he simply create new characters of GW strength for the heavenly kings to defeat/lose to without getting killed? How many characters can potentially die, we've seen how little damage the four beasts caused for all the fear he brought.
More fair fights please, Tommy dealt damage, but Sani 'holding back' his devil gave away that he had a lot of power that wasn't really his own. Torikos fights always seem to end fair due to him being able to take a lot of damage and all of his attacks being physical, we don't end up with hair that consumes or invisible hair that when needed (although it was done very well) can conjure up a special attack, be it deflection, nerve control, other senses.
