Well, during part 5, Giorno already felt like a sidekick to the awesome that is Bucciaratti. Also, to me, the really standout Jojo's are Joseph and Josuke; the rest are ok, but nothing spectacular. So, as long as the cast of protagonists-villains is overall cool, that's ok.
If you say it has the best fights, and it's story-driven, something I missed in Jojo since part 2, then I'm in.
! Also, I already know the downer ending (yeah, I read spoilers all the time), and seeing how the result of it is the new universe, I don't think it's that downer of an ending. In fact, it made Jojo more bizarre and awesome, and it's like everyone is still alive, just . . .in bizarrer settings.
! IMHO, new Morioh mops the floor with the old one, just in sheer WTF-ness factor.
