The environmental style reminds me a whole lot of Golden Sun Dark Dawn, but a tiny bit better. And I really like it, as far as environments in forests and stuff goes. The cities didn't look too impressive, but this is an early build I'm guessing. The battles however look kinda cheap :/. I mean, it looks more faster paced than the likes of Colosseum and PBR, but I'm not feeling it as much as the sprite art the series is known for. And I'm more thinking of effects, more so the actual 3D models(which looks fine).
I'm not too exited, I'm guessing making gen 6 now was a good move and something we should have seen coming the moment BW2 was announced. Because well, remaking a previous gen would not have been very smart or successful.. Especially since there's that gap between the near end of the DS's life cycle, and the 3DS. So it was either to continue milk BW for what it was worth, or make a brand new generation on the 3DS in order to sell the handheld. If a remake was released exclusively on the 3DS, then… well... who would buy a 3DS for that?
I like the starters so far. But I'm having trouble warping my finger around what the heck the grass thing is supposed to be. A beaver? Dual Water type(nah, that would be a little broken for a starter)? Maybe a mole? A dual grass/ground type sounds potentially interesting. And frog looks really cool, and I think the evolutions would look as well too. I'm exited because gen 5 had a new frog Pokemon, but it had terrible stats, EVEN with THREE evolution stages. I'm guessing this guy is going to make up for that. The fox is really pretty, but I'm not interested in it. He gives me that "Smugleaf" vibe. That and I never used pure fire types at all due to their lack of utility and mainly being strictly Special Attackers.

@King:
We'll finally be able to jump lol, so we'll be able to go north, south, east, west, up and down. We won't be restricted to 4 directions anymore (just 6 now).
Isn't jumping just for specific gaps? (Like Golden sun?)
