Look,firstly I didn't say that the game isn't good.So far I loved it.Secondly,I didn't turn off the xbox and quitted,I pressed start,then quit and it said that is saved all of my data.Beacuse when I came back I was all the way in the begging with the weapons and level from my previous run before turning off the console.Also,for your information I spent nearly 3 years of my life playing video games and this never happened to my before,and it really annoyed me.Oh,and about the shirt it was a joke

To be fair, you did get experience points for your time. It may have been difficult for you to have worked your way up to the boss, but it'll be easier on you when you level up again. I'd at least cherish the additional EXP you'll make on your way back to the boss to boot, although if you're like me you get an uncomfortableness going back over a level whose only purpose is to get to the end… but doing it a second time.

You know, I think Egoraptor and JonTron pretty much hit the nail on the head in regard to these games. While good on a technical scale (and still pretty good in general) these games just have no soul. They feel like something that came off a factory assembly line.

Playing the Alpha for Hawken. It looks absolutely gorgeous for a free to play game, and I'm having a lot of fun. There are some things that could use work, but that's why it's still an Alpha right now. I can't discuss details since I signed an NDA, but I would definitely recommend that anyone who likes FPS or mech shooters give it a try when it's available. The full release is in December, and you can still sign up for the Beta, which should be any week now.

I found what was the problem actually.That day I played tooo much so I was really tired and I couldn't concentrate and I was getting mad really easy.Next day,I finished it right away without dying once even in the boss fight lol.And about the experience thing you are right.So after all that i got really important lesson.Don't overdo it with games,it's not fun after 6 hours.

Getting into some grand strategy games recently. I'm playing Europa Universalis 3 right now. Playing as Norway and just recently came up with the goal to colonize Mexico and give it some funny name. My alternate world will have Norwegian drug cartels instead of Mexican ones. I think I'm going to love these games that let you change history like this. Unfortunately this one game only goes up to the early 1800s or somewhere around there.

Just yesterday I was actually reading a thread on someone who was playing a WWII GS game and was planning on nuking Germany before the war even started.

That's what I've heard. Though the last game Suda51 worked on was Shadows of the Damned and that was rather short, and I liked that game as well, so it doesn't really bug me. Really the only aspect of Lollipop Chainsaw I'm not a fan of so far is the QTEs but I have oddly good reflexes for those so it's not like they've screwed me over yet to be a problem.

I still play Borderlands.Man this game is really addicting.Also I am getting Pokemon White 2 and Dishonored in a few days so you know what I'll be playing in the future weeks.Also I am thinking to go back to Donkey Kong Country Returns to finally finish it after a year or so,but only the idea of that frustrates me :P

Decided to finally get around to playing Doom 3. It's pretty cool so far. Kind of annoying you can't use your flashlight and shoot but I'm playing it unmodded (gameplay wise at least, I am using some graphics mods) first at least. This game came out in 2004 and it still looks fantastic.

Kingdom Hearts DDD.

I must be one of the only people on the site who actually like the Kingdom Hearts series, and I have to say that this game is… good. The combat is waaaay to hectic, and the enemies doesn't have a clear pattern, they just flail around like crazy. The story is also kinda... convoluted, like the series always is, but still good. The music is bloody fantastic, some of the best songs in the series.

Also, I never finished Paper Mario TTYD and I left it like before the last boss. I'm really lazy. Gonna pick it up again.

Edit: I ended picking it up, and I was actually just before the 3 last bosses, it's good that you got a save point before the last one. But I literally raged playing it, my first try was the best one but I didn't managed to defeat it; only after 4 tries I was close to beat it again when the freaking stage froze me and my partner, the boss just had to spam his strongest attack twice and I couldn't do anything. Gonna level up once, cook some healing items to save inventory space and try again.

I'm kinda juggling between console games at the moment…..on my Wii, I keep playing Sonic Adventure 2, Mario Power Tennis, and Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour. All fun games.

As for handhelds, I restarted in Pokemon Pearl and now almost have four badges. (and no, I don't have Black/White or Black 2/White 2 yet)

I found Kid Icarus: Of Myths and Monsters in a pawn shop for cheap, so I got it. I'm really hating the minotaur boss right now, though. His attacks leave a miniscule opening for Pit to dodge them, and he seems to have a stupidly-high amount of health for the first boss in the game (the only time that I beat him, he hit me with an attack before he faded away). I suppose I'll get better with practice, and things will improve once I have more health.

I just beat Half-Minute Hero( the PSP version) even Hero 3 mode. Even though it's supposed to be a parody of all RPGs, the story is pretty, the art is amazing and the soundtrack even better.
I wonder if I'll get back to Torchlight.

I've been playing the new XCOM. I'm a big fan of the original and consider it my Top-3 games of all time. Althought it's a fun version, I feel like the new XCOM has become too linear, streamlined and scripted for my liking. It's one change where modern games aren't going in the right direction IMO, although I understand why they do it, I don't like it.

Getting ready for the 3DS one so I played Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 and ordered 2. Dunno what happened to that. I prefer the 2D style of the earlier games so I hope the 3DS one is more like those. Although considering we have very little information on the game and its out next week….I doubt it'll be very good.

I've been playing Halo 4,Pokemon White 2 and Black Ops 2.Halo 4 is exellent and I must say I am pretty good at it.On the other hand,Black Ops 2 is the most annoying shit in the world and I hope they will fix it soon or else I'll have to stab myself in the neck.I got the last one for the zombies only and I enjoyed a lot.I got this one for the new zombies and because the campaign looked good.Zombies are as I expected and the campaign was decent too.But when I jumped on the multiplayer so I can get some achievements,really fast,I wanted to burn my house.The game isn't out for even a week,and the 12 year-olds already camping in every fucking corner,rage quiting and crying in the microphone every time they die.

It's a popular as hell indie title, but I wondered what failed when it came down to exposing this game a little more on AP.

Enjoy it dude. When you finish the game, you'd feel this great sense of catharsis.
Careful about one thing though. The US version of the Wiiware release has this one hickup that prevents you from finishing the game. And it's kind of unfortunate seeing that the release had all the other bug fixes that made it on the PC versions.

! In Grave of the Giants, there's this one path that can be permanently blockable if you place press two switches wrong. The problem here is that the Grail Point becomes inaccessible, and you need to record all the grails to defeat the final boss. It was something that was overlooked when Nigiro first released it on Wiiware Japan, because originally in the old game the requirements for the final boss was a little different… so you could have missed that grail with no consequence.
! Anyway, this might be confusing if you didn't progress in the game, but keep an eye on it incase it's still there. Here's a image of that exact room since I was discussing this issue on GameFAQs several months ago.
