Naruto and Bleach II: I don't have the heart to care anymore.
-
-
Two different Narutos altogether.
The first one was actually the demon fox sealed into the form of a child during a dangerous and never before attempeted process. As something unknown to genereal populace, Naruto was feared and hated by the villagers and was looking for acceptance and understanding.
The second one is actually a rightful heir to the line of ninja lords descended from the very founder of ninjutsu, and at the same time the next in line to become a dignified and revered host to a tailed beast who have always been revered in the village. As someone with a background like his, of course he was supported with the goverment funding and helped by the countless friends of his deceased parents and loved pretty much by everyone.
Surprisingly sensible explanation, x20a.
This makes sense for no reason what so ever.
-
Didn't it have something to do with Kenpachi powers that he had in tha novel and Kubo was "Yeah I planned all that, I actually put some clues to that in the series, really, im being honest!"?
Yes he did. Although I'm not sure about the clues. He did the complete opposite when he made Kenpachi cry and saying how he wants to get stronger, even thought he adjusts his strength when he fights a stronger opponent.
Kubo gonna Kubo.

Naruto's original prototype was like that. Naruto was never human but the fox in human form.
The manga followed that idea a whole deal of the series (hated child, no known parents, no family…) just to turn out that Naruto was Ninja Jesus.
-
…..just to turn out that Naruto was Ninja Jesus.
So will he die at the end of the series, become Hokage only after death (realizing his dream!), and then wash away the sins of the entire manga??

The first two? Maybe. About the third I'm afraid there are things not even a god could manage.

Now i got it but that even makes it worse kind of. Kishi just changed the character midway. The weird thing is though, i kind of remember that it was hinted pretty early in the manga that the 4th was Naruto´s father, am i remembering it wrong?

Applied Logic blog is a marvelous thing.
The very best thing about Bleach is to see The Daz and Gliblord brutally take it apart in a very entertaining fashion.
I'm kind of sad I don't have much to contribute myself. Thing is I can't match either of them and I'm probably, if at all, most entertaining when I write down my initial reactions to Bleach, provided it's it's usual self.
I can make a post when something realy bugs me, but I've kind of rambled on about those things here. There's all the various hellish things about SS, most of which Kubo probably forgot. Then there's the uselessness of everyone but Ichigo, my ever burning hate for the last arc just because of the bit at the end with you know who not responding at all to you know what etc.
But I just don't know what else to say. I'm neither as creative nor as funny as the other guys over there.
–- Update From New Post Merge ---
TBPT shows us how Urahara bolts from the trial and becomes a man on the run
I have to point out that most anyone would probably do the same. Mostly because if a body of jurors not only intentionaly resides in an area where they can never come in contact with anyone and go as far as to put fucking wood in front of their faces so they don't actualy see you when they are judging you, you kinda tend to not trust their common sense.
–- Update From New Post Merge ---
A good read and yeah the anime was better.
I got impression you dont like Riruka much dont know why but gave that impression while reading it.
Knowing Bleach there are only two possibilities.
Either Bleach's editor is someone on strong medication who just doesn't give a fuck, or the person has commited suicide long ago and Kubo just hid his body in his basement so no one would find out.
–- Update From New Post Merge ---
Also how can there be "plot holes" if the plot isn't finished Yet?
I know this is an older post but I have to respond for a bit.
A character having a stated and in universe accepted origin and then having a completely different origin show up out of nowhere and pretending like the previous explanations never existed, that's what you call a plothole.
You should know who I'm talking about here. One's seriously hot and the other is seriously immigrant.
–- Update From New Post Merge ---
Also I think the reason Urahara and Yourichi are still "exiled" is because they refused to obey a direct order, even that of execution, and are now charged with that even though the charge that was a cause of all this was still proven to be false.
I mean, have we ever seen anything that would showcase SS as not being extremely petty and childish ? Their whole administration is like giving an unpopular 10 year old with acne absolute powers.
-
I'm still annoyed we haven't seen Ishida like nearly at all in a Quincy arc. I can only just imagine what Kubo will do with that. He's already hinted or put out the thought that he should be stronger than he is.
Also these last few chapters are painfully slow. The only characters I care about in SS aren't even shown during the invasion.
-

Really wonder how people would of acted if Tobi was random Uchiha number 5 like they wanted instead of an actual character like Obito.
would the series still be the steaming pile of shit people have dubbed it since the reveal? Just another of the worlds eternal Mysteries I suppose like where babies come from…Plot holes can exist before the series if over especially if it's a massive contradiction between time and place.
That Sasuke and Itachi boar hunting flashback is a HUGE example of that.
Obito himself is not the problem, it was just hard to accept that Obito would have the motivation or personality to do anything like this. He does have a "decent motive" (a constant failure tries to create a perfect world where everyone is happy and achieve their dreams through false means? Makes sense to me).
I never had a problem with it, but there a lot of things that need to be explained about Obito's survival and MASSIVE POWER/SKILL JUMP, and how the 4th didn't recognize him, and yada yada.

I have a bad feeling Naruto's not ending soon.
-
Ok so apparently the first time i read chapter 601 it was missing some pages where i was reading it, now that i see it on another site it seems I never even got to see how messed up tsunade was.

I'm still not understanding how she wound up in that position. It makes no sense, unless Madara cut her in half and then dropped a huge tree…for the lulz?
-
i think that the huge tree is just there to hide the insides of tsunade splattered over the floor, through the angle we're seeing the situation. i think

That seems like something the Joker would do.
-
I'd love to see the guys from Dragonball Abridged create Naruto Abridged… just to see what jokes they could make out of Tsunade's body and position right now. I mean, come on, there's just no logical reason for this shit! Why is her upper half up there, then we have this HUGE FUCKIN TREE and down there is her lower half?! That's a gold mine of jokes!
My pick would be: "So THAT'S how Frieza felt."

Madara has got to be my favorite villain in this series.
simply because of this page:
http://www.mangahere.com/manga/naruto/v60/c578/9.htmland his non-chalant:
"The hokages are probably… not... okay?"
It WOULD be tobito, but Kishi dropped the cool personality for no reason what so ever. I hate that.

Nah, don't be so hard on yourself.
I mean, Daz and Gilblord's posts are….truly something else, just pure entertainment combined with the harshest similes and metaphors combined with very deep analysis. But I've read yours, and there're good in their own right.

I've been actually working on a long post as to why Soul Society is bad…...dunno if you Applied Logic guys will write such a piece or want contribution, but it's just something I've cooked up on a whim.
Other topics my mind has toyed with was the messed-up ranking of the Espada and Bleach's rape of the power scale, as well as the degradation of Orihime's character.

Updated the article with more rants after I realized a lot of it is dead space jokewise

Bookmarked the applied logic blog.
I love a good rant.

Censoring or not, it still needs to make sense. There's other angles to convey she's cut in half without showing gore. Having such a massive distance between both halves is fine, but an object that large in between is silly. I would buy it if Luffy got pinned like that cause he's friggin rubber and he can look like squished playdough.

This is Kishimoto where talking about, he does alot of thing's that doesn't make any sense.

Yeah, I don't like that though. Just because it's someone's track record to chose things that make little sense, I still would like them to think about what they put down. If this was more of a gag manga I'd say it's fine. But since this is supposed to be serious, it winds up becoming funny when I should feel sad for Tsunade. Instead I'm just trying use my CSI skills to figure out how she wound up like that.

Anyways to compensate my lack of Bleach entirc blog posts anyone want to read my review of a Dakar Rally racing game featuring attack helicopters and sharks ?
…...I'm totaly not making this up.

Don't you ruin this for me. You're really trying though aren't you? :(
Sorry then, I'll stop..

Kubo showed Hiyori getting bisected by Gin without any Censorship, so why can't Kishi? Lookie:

Like Baroness said, there's other ways to portray it.

Bleach 462 : Why Me Sad.
Did they translate this wrong?

Kubo wrote that in English

The funny part on the next page he repeats what they said to him. Madara is freaking funny in a evil way. When Oonki was giving a speech to rise morale, he just calls the sight ugly. Lol and his trolling is beyond anything I ever seen. He makes Oonki hit him to make them give up. Lull

BEST. MANGA. EVER.
Seriously, Lee's manga is recently better than One Piece! I just love how it keeps things small and simple, still makes me laugh AND can catch you off guard. Like with the Breast Hammer! I mean, seriously, this was a really great way to hide your final attack!
This guy needs more recognition. People MUST read this and know how good it is!

It's also where Rock Lee, Neji, and the Sand siblings exist.
-
Amazing!!!! really how could you not love the real Naruto!!
-
If only the real Naruto was weekly….
-
Ten Ten actually did something? And it was good/funny?Only in real Naruto.
-
@Aru:
BEST. MANGA. EVER.
I beg to differ. This manga might be better than the real Naruto but its still not as great as One Piece.

I'm not sure how I'm going to even be able to describe One Piece once it starts resolving all of these Punk Hazard mysteries, let alone once it gets into the real meat of the Big Mom / Doflamingo saga. "Fantastic" is what I casually call it. What the hell am I going to call it once it reaches those heights lol.
Question: do you have to read Naruto to see why this Rock Lee manga is so good? I want to read it, but am wondering if you have to see the shortcomings of Naruto to fully get it.

You have to read at least part 1 and a bit of part two to really get all the references and to appreciate it's humor.
-
God…I can only wonder how much better Naruto would be if it were a slice of life work with some action for comedic relief. Oh wait, nevermind...I just read it.
Sigh, Naruto would have been much better if it were simpler like this.

Pretty sure that "Breast Hammer" needs to be in the title of this topic.
