I think that Chopper will guide Luffy to Lucchi and Spandam. He's got the nose to follow a scent. Who esle would be better suited?
Luffy fights Lucchi of course, and Chopper will stop Spandam. Or at least allow Robin to escape. -

Wow, good eye! I guess you mean the emblem things the look similar to the Kame-school/Crane-school/Tao Pai Pai's emblems from Dragonball near the doors. That's really awesome.

Well we can be sure Chopper doesn't, Luffy is stupid but he has some smart moments and does play along if he wants to. On the other hand since Choppa has a great nose he could smell it's Usopp but i guess he's to naive. Grrr. I contradict myslef.:bang:

Yeah. Zoro may "look cooler" here if you think about it like that, but hey, Sanji was raiding the sea train while Zoro was stuck in a chimney.
After every other individual fight, I think Lucci and the Luff will just reach the rooftop for their match.

I have high anticipation for his Wolf-form. ^^ Jyabura seems like the "manly man" of the CP9, who relies on strength and speed plus martial arts technique.
Usopp/SogeKing's never fought anyone before who's a pure martial artist (Chuu uses water bullets and Mr. 4 uses bombs (as do Mr. 5))
It will be the manliest battle of all.

I remembered someone mentioned early that Jyabura believes in some sort of superstitions... if a DF user is to a DF the devils thats been dwelling in the user's body will come out... indicatiing that he is a guy who believes s'thing easily.. SogeKing is Ussop, the king of liar.. so he might win with all his lies and dont forget dials and the new weapon -

if there is one thing i take for sure is that Oda will not stray from the win-win-win like arabasta. So i don't think we'll see a defeat from the part of the Mugiwara it would be anti-climatic. Nami said herself "when they're focused they are unbeatable".
Only situation i see maybe of a near defeat from Nami only to have Chopper aid her, but in the end all CP9 will fall after all they are ASSASSINS if one them beats a Mugiwara it will be death….

In the coming chapters, we'll see Jyabura's Devil's Fruit power. I wonder how Usopp's gonna get himself out of this one? I kind of saw Zoro vs. Kaku coming, too. And Nami's up against alot if she's gonna have to fight Kumadori. But, I'm sure that her "Perfect" Clima-tact will get her through it.

I think in Nami's fight, Kumodori does Tekkai, then Nami kicks him in the balls, showing that there is one place place that can be hurt on male Tekkai users. Chopper can either help in a fight, but rather I think he uses his sense of smell to help find Lucci and Spandam, so a Chopper Vs. Spandam fight is very likely (Or Hattori). By the way Zoro is looking more and more like Mihawk every chapter, look at that expression on his face and the look in his eyes on that last panel.

Good matchups, btw. I knew Sanji would fight Calipha from the beginning. Lucchi and Luffy was obvious too, of course. Jyabura and Usopp is a delight, but not a complete surprise. Usopp needs to stand up to someone tough to regain his self-confidence. I kinda expected Usopp to fight Fukorou, though: The liar against the guy who tells nothing but truths.
I have a feeling that Sanji will have to learn Soru to beat Calipha… there would be no other way to keep up with her otherwise.
Franky will probably get beat up and rescued by Chopper. I have a feeling that Fukorou's ultimate move (If he DID eat a spider fruit), would be to encase himself in spidersilk. Spidersilk has the highest tensile strength of anything known to man. What'll probably happen is Chopper will give some kind of flame potion to Franky, and it will heat up Franky's fire breathing enough to burn through the web.
I called it wrong, so long ago. I guess this needs to be changed.

Neither Kumadori nor Fukurou have eaten devil fruits. They confirmed it themselves when Spandam shows the two devil fruits to Kaku and Calipha. They say they've never seen one before.

It doesn't mean that he couldn't have been fed it as a baby or something. Neither of them state that they do/do not have a devil fruit power, it's just that they've never seen one. So far, Robin is the youngest seen with a DF power. I would assume she may have also eaten one as a baby.
I called it wrong, so long ago. I guess this needs to be changed.

That's pushing it a bit too far.
For purposes of the story, Oda made them say that so that the readers would know they didn't have a devil fruit.

I never even thought that Usopp would have any Reject-dial, and i don´t think his body can take it, but if he comes up with a way to maybe absorb the impact that would hit his own body from the reject dial into a impact dial or something, or attaching it to something wich can take the impact from the reject dial…

Usopp's greatest physical trait is his fortitude. Notice he's a normal human in a Pirate Age, yet he's survived getting fried, burned, brusied, broken, crushed, smashed, sliced and pierced. His skull has been fractured, his nose broken, his chest crushed…and he's STILL ALIVE. Look at him now; he fought CP9 on the train, he fought Franky (kind), Luffy, and the Enies Lobby guards. He's totally banged up, but still walking/standing. Usopp can REJECT if he has one; assuredly.

I can't imagine Usopp finding a Reject dial, though, else he would have used it against Luffy. It's far more likely he figured out how dials worked (possible) and upgraded an Impact Dial into a reject. I must say, though, that I am worried Jyabura might break the dial with his raw power.

Are Reject Dials really 'extinct'? I'm being a lazy bum and not checking but if someone knows off hand whether that's true or not that'd be awesome. I never paid any attention to such a thing. I just knew they weren't exactly common.

Yes, Reject Dials are extinct, from what I recall.
Also, it's pretty much a necessity for Usopp to take on strong guys… like the sniper from Blackbeard's crew, or, if Shanks's crew needs to fight the Straw Hats, Yasopp...

Omae I'm almost positive that reject dials are in fact "extinct." That doesn't mean they still don't exist, I'm pretty sure it just meant that they were no longer being 'born' or however dials come into existence. In other words, no new ones. Waiper had a reject dial, so obviously some still exist.
I really don't care whether or not Usopp has one, so I won't enter that area of debate.
