I didn't say people wouldn't buy or that there's no chance it would be a smash hit. I'm just saying its understandable why they aren't jumping at the opportunity to make one. Hell, they had to fight to get Street Fighter which was exponentially more popular revived. This is a uphill battle for a reason. I know you love the game Sarus, and yeah they're very good. Its just that this isn't simply money in the bank like many people think it is. Sorry, but I think that's more true than not.

EDIT: With that being said, I do think it'll be announced sometime between now and the end of next year. Maybe a little later, but I feel its coming. I just wanted to say I understand Capcom's hesitation.

As much as I'd like to see this franchise return, I really don't think Capcom would get a decent return on it. I know people on the internet are rallying for it, but there's a reason its hard to get this series green-lit again. It wasn't that well received, at least not so much that Capcom should try to put tons of resources into reviving it.

Hopefully, I'm proving wrong. Its depressing being a realist.

GGPO's netcode is considered the best in the biz for fight games due to the rollback mechanics for inputs. I'm not the expert though.

The alt outfits are essentially "color 5" in addition to the first four you get already. So only one person can choose it for whatever character.

Everything you need should be in the package. If you have any questions or problems, then post them here. You may need to dick around with plugins to get it to work just right for you, but I had no problems like that.

Anyway, to run CvS2 you need to go to "File" on the menu bar then choose "Run Naomi" then choose the game to run. After that you should get an Kaillera prompt for netplay, we can figure that out later and post up the details.

To set your controls, go to "Config" on the menu bar, then "Game Pad". Afterwards in the menu screen that pops up, choose Joy 1 under Jamma.

Push 1-3 map to lp mp hp in capcom style fighters.
Push 4-6 map to kicks the same way.

Map the start button, no need to map the coin since it has freeplay options on automatically for CvS2. The rest should be obvious. You should be able to use your keyboard, ps3/360 pad, or fight stick via plug and play if they work on your PC for things like GGPO.

Has MvC2 for you dreamcast version fetishists.
