I think that Funimation may not dub season 4 in america becuz they have Fairy Tail to dub and that is a long running anime like One Piece. It would take too much work to dub two shows that could potentially reach episode 1000. Or 500 in the case for Fairy Tail. but I really hope they dub One Piece season 4 cuz this show is awesome and I know I will love Fairy Tail too cuz it's similar to this and has better animation. I can't wait for Fairy Tail to come out here and season 4 of One piece!!!!

I am sure the more post they see about the game, will help them considering to release it. Please make a account on the forum and post your love about One Piece and why the game should be localized!

they don't just have fairy tail to dub they have lots and LOTS of shows ,but that has not stopped them before.Besides as much as i love fairy tail One Piece has a much bigger fan base and in my opinion (as i imagine most people will agree with me with this site playing host to one piece) just blows fairy tail out of the water in terms of comparison and what funimation fans will want most.

Also Fairy tail is currently only 94 episodes long,whilst one piece is over 500.If you think they would not dub one piece becuase they beleive fairy tail will be another extraordinarily long series(in which we have no concrete proof at this moment in time),then why would they after having gained the license and dubbed the beginning of fairy tail,be in negotiation with toei for more episodes?In my opinion one piece came before fairy tail,and going by your logic when (and i do beleive it its a WHEN) they have dubbed say 500 episodes of one piece,the fairy tail saga will be quite far behind and if any show was likely to have dubbing discontinued because of your arguement of series being too long,it would be that.

From what I hear, Dragon*Con is the big South-East comic book convention. Adult Swim shows up a lot to talk about their new shows. If FUNimation has a panel there, they're going to announce something.

But on the bright side tonight yet another Industry Panel of FUNimation will be held @_Kumoricon_ from noon until 1pm. Hopefully we'll get some news there and someone will be able to tweet the deets to us at the same time.

Maybe he is trying to say that instead of looking for more One Piece news via conventions that we should consider that they may say something via their blog.

I would consider Black Butler one of Funi's higher tier properties. So it was a bit strange/surprise they announced the second season and OVAs via their blog instead of saving it for a convention. If we do get more dubbed One Piece episodes then I wouldn't be surprise if they say it via their blog. Especially right now since there are no more big cons coming up.

Then why the heck are people thinking that we are going to hear news of a new batch of dub episodes via a convention? That is all I been hearing throughout the summer that "It be this convention!" or "Maybe we hear something at this convention". According to One Piece's track record (based on what you said) then there should be a higher chance to hear news of new dub episodes via the blog then a convention.

Personally I don't care if they announced it at a convention or not. When news of a new batch of dub episodes come up, I be happy either way. May it come from the blog or a convention.

I'm not getting the new One Piece dvds cuz I just bought all the voyages so that would be dumb. I should have waited and got them cheaper and more episodes at a lower price. But at that time I didn't know anything about FUnimation rereleasing One Piece

Yeah I bought a couple of voyages before the collections were announced, but at least Funimation's getting more One Piece money this way.

Just thought I should bring this up: Collection 1 is for sale on Amazon for 16.99. If you don't have it know, get it now. Plus, buying it will probably put 2 and 3 in your Gold Box. Already have those preordered.
