I really hope they re-release Teach. Him and Perona are the only recent POPs I'm missing now. I'm pretty sure they'll do Perona. I'd be surprised if not, so I'm holding off getting her atm for a silly price.

I got my GLM Shanks and Benn today. They're really nice, though it looks to be a material change. I got mine from Angolz and interesting enough, this is the first time I got the HK release of them vs the Japan one. I wonder if it's due to them not being that abundent as the previous ones. Regardless they're nice for the price and I really don't care about the stickers since I open them and display them. Shanks suffers from a darker painted chest to his face, but for mine it isn't that bad. I think they tried to give it some shading and shadow effect, but it didn't turn out the best. So mostly likely if you take a photo it'll be more apparent that looking at it in real life. Other than that, he looks good. Benn, for how simple he's dressed, looks really great. No complaints on him. I wasn't too sure on getting these two with some pictures I've seen, but happy I picked them up. Now need to get Yassop to complete them unless they do more after the TS figures.

Ppl now buying extras, and keeping them mint so they can sell it later.
And when POP dont sell that well like sogeking, they make him new box…....and ppl start buying him again.
SOLD out once they released image for new box. Crazy.

Well all i can say is. People really do buy them if you resell. Ive seen alot of resellers making easy profit with POP on ebay.
Nothing to lose if you buy extras to sell. You will end up getting the item free with all the profit you made.
Thousands of collectors out there and theres always new guys starting to collect and hunting.
Even someone here bought perona for 12000yen on mandrake.

Great review cyber, but you're upskirt-ing vivi far too often (when you put her on the bed) PERVERT!!! Ok no, but yea I wish banpresto could improve on their bases as well. Brotherhood DX one was fantastic.

What's that 300 thing I see at the side, anyone care to translate? Anyway, also wondering how much taller those drums will make the figure. If I recall correctly, Enel was quite tall in the anime right?

Not getting this figure, but even if I do, there's no way I'm going to display him with that totally epic face. Much as I like it, I think its more for laughs than for a proper display. Refreshing from Megahouse though, always a plus :)

I want him for that face. Althoiugh Perona has kinda put me off buying POPs atm. I know Eneru will cost a lot because they'll make a big box for his circle thingy. I imagine Vista will be the same too. Just only getting Robin, Nami and Chopper.

Yup. SW Brook is 29cm at his afro and 32cm at the tip of his hat. So they're both around the same height. That's a huge figure nonetheless, shipping will probably cost alot as well. Glad I'm not getting him, don't really like the character. So who's next, Arlong, Krieg, Kuro, Absalom? Go ahead Megahouse, I'll gladly ignore them. Just don't forget about admirals, timeskip and bikini robin.

If you mail amiami saying you have problems with paying it. They dont have much of a problem with cancelling. You only shouldnt do it alot.

Those attack motions look to be getting better, but then they might not look so good on release. I do like Sogeking and Hancock. Though that new set of Super Effects trumps these I think.

Cyber, did HLJ cancel your Perona? I've never had them cancel a POP before myself. Didn't think they'd over sell them. The only thing I've never gotten from HLJ was GLM Kid, but then I ordered him so much later. In a way I'm thankful they didn't get one for me as it let me buy the set, so got Buggy.

Ah. I have them set up to bill my paypal account. I had that for a figure a while ago, but apparently they had it as I order it with another bunch and it came, though this was before I set up auto billing. Wasn't a One Piece figure or one like Perona that sold out basically instantly.

You should ask and see if they have it and are just waiting. I'd take it off your hands :P

As for FZ Mihawk, something bothered me about his eyes so I looked him up on HS. Sure enough, he is cross-eyed. Hopefully, for those that ordered him, they fix that.

But that shouldn't be the reason XD, he's one of the most arrogant characters in the series that also actually can pack quite a punch. Or should I say shock.

Just saw the counts for WCF volumes 19 and 20 on ibuyxyz (along with pre-orders for the Hong Kong edition). Naturally, each box contains 56 figures. It looks like Banpresto's thankfully stopped their rare figures, at least between June and November (i.e. Sentomaru, Oars Jr, Patty, Chew, etc.)

man, that figuarts mihawk looks terrible imho. His torso is super long and static, his arms look awful… where is the crisp detail? GLM was better, for the price as well.

Yeah I already bought those figures also from auctions, just needs to be shipped heh. Yeah I've been into Toriko lately, kinda sux they made the first official quality figure of him limited like that…I smell a re-release to make us feel bad. =P
