My prediction is that 4kids will merge eps. 84-86. especially because of the content of ep 86, which begins with Chopper getting beat up by other reindeer, he returns to Hiluluk mutilated with a mushroom, gets bashed around by Kurhera, learns that the mushroom is a deadly poison, Dr. Hiluluk gives a speech about when a person dies, and ends with a crying Chopper begging to be taught real medicine.

Nope, that won't fit with the 4kids view of what One Piece should be. And if they cut that, they'll cut 85 too. So I predict that a few of those scenes will be thrown in when Kurhera tells Nami about curing his heart. And we will be sad that another persons backstory has been butchered.

If Enel-forbid, they make it to 236, they will just have Luffy tell Ussop to take the ship, and they will all leave without a fight.

I wonder if they'll keep Mr. 11's death? He'll probably be shot up by a dart gun, or escape, or they just won't show that scene.

I think when we get to Jaya 4Kids will add a lot of spring puns with Bellany considering his ability and I keep thinking Crocodile wil be austrarian and say "Crickey" a lot like that crocodile hunter on TV.

While watching the first few episodes of Arabasta yesterday, I wondered about some scenes, and how 4 Kids will deal with them. When Chopper sneaks into Kohza's caravan, he'll obviously accidently knock over some Super Soakers. I don't think they'll keep the scene when he pulls down Sanji's pants.

What about Nami and Vivi's clothes? I don't think they'll be edited that much, if not at all. They'll probably pull a Dragonball Z on us when Ace sinks the fleet of ships. Remember in the 4Shame thread? There was one pic with that scene, and life boats digitally added in.

Also for Jaya, they might change Sarquiss' big knife into a big bat or a squeaky hammer since he does cut up Masira's back pretty bad.

Chopper's rumble balls will be turned into gumballs with "Cursed Fruit enhancing power"

All the fights in Arabasta will be turned into one episode.. the Zoro vs. Mr. 1 fight being the shortest..

and the Clima-Tact will probably be something like "The Weather Cane" (spoof on Weather Vane) >___>;;
and Usopp/Chopper vs. Mr. 4 and Miss MerryChristmas will also be short.. it'll end at the scene with Chopper using Lasso to blow up their tunnels.. and Usopp getting the bat to the skull will be cut out.

I think they'll cut out Mr. 2 completly. I know he has to fight against Sanji but 4Kids has the can change dialogues and do digital edits, it won't be a problem for them.

I think I remember seeing an image on the 4Shame thread of what Bon Clay would look like without makeup. I think they'll just get rid of the makeup.

Yeah they did'nt cut her out. In fact they made her worse. She's a transvestite.

I think Little garden will be skipped entriely. (I myself, don't mind that at all.)

Mr. 3, Mr. 5, Miss Valentine, hearing Sir Croc for the first time, getting the Eternal Pose, Nami getting sick as of being there.

Mr. 5, Miss Valentine and Goldenweek don't show up again. They can ignore getting the eternal pose, and just say that they have a spare one. (Usopp had a Log Pose, I can see this happening.) Nami getting sick could be blamed on a random thing rather than mosquito bites. Mr. 3 is only crucial because he helps the strawhats get out…but I can see them coming up with something else. If they turned Laboon into an iceburg...they can do anything....

Actually I was asking why don't you mind them skipping it? If it's important to the plot woulden't you want 4Kids to keep that arc?

I didn't really like the arc personally. Kinda boring. But it's my opinion. >_> If it were up to me, they would keep everything…and get better voices..and keep the original music...and drop the bad puns.

I liked Little Garden. It's just that Candle Service Set was too darn long. And having to hear Mr. 3's snooty voice gloat about it every time. Other than that, Dorry and Brogy were hilarious to me.

They may just make him into a goofy, clownish guy, which he is. I don't know if there's regulations against guys wearing makeup and dancing around like a ballerina. :)

If Ms.Monday does indeed turn out to be a guy in the dub. Then they should have no problem with Bon.

I agree with Roman. Bon Clay should be no problem except for the flashing scene. There probably won't any more episode merging for a few weeks, unless the story lasts 45 minutes. Only problem I see with Little Garden is Nami's bra scene and a particulary violent fight between Sanji, the otter, and the vulture.

I predict that they will skip the troubles Luffy has climbing the cliff. So he starts climbing it, and when we see him again, he will have reached the top.

I predict that they will either merge Chopper's backstory into the short explanation that Kruhera have Nami, or skip it all together, along with any reference to the Sakura flag. (although they might leave in the goodbye sky cannon, but don't bet on it. I'm sure they will skip all of Chopper's truly emotionally moving crying.)

They'll definetely edit the scene when Luffy falls from the tower. They can just erase the blood, or just cut that entirely. There's no telling what kind of stupid excuse they'll come up with to cover up Chopper's past.

I truley admired Luffy after watching struggle to climb with Sanji and Nami, one of the best scenes in the series, but sadly 4kids will screw it some how

Perhaps, if they're going for the cute and cuddly and marketable approach for Chopper, they'll invent a new, less tragic backstory. Nobody wants a plushie with a horrible past.

Somehow I have the feeling that there's going to be a "That was a SPI-cy meat-a-ball-a!" when Mr. 5 swallows Usopp's Kayaku Boshi and it explodes in his stomach. That is, should they feel the need to do the Little Garden arc at all.

holy crap, i can see that happening XD! and i'm sure someone might have already mentioned this, but the skypea arc will be terrible. eneru won't be god anymore and idk how, but they're gonna change the heavenly feel about it because of religious purposes :rolleyes:.

This is what I think they're going to do with Mr. 3. When Crocodile holds the meeting, Mr. 3 will come in, and probably Croc will say "Ah Mr. 3, you're late," or "Ah Mr. 3, just in time." Also note, no character development at all for waxy.

Well, with an important arc axed, there'll be plenty of room for plotholes. How'll Nami get sick? How will Sanji find the Eterenal Pose without kicking the crap out of the Unluckies? There's alot of interesting stuff in Little Garden. But, 4Kids could care less. "Durrr; we can't have Usopp being clever and brave! We should just keep him as the silly comic relief!".

I predict that Black Beards voice will be either Eggman's or that other voice that was played for Vector on Sonic X.

Maybe they'll edit Choppers "X" on his hat but I don't think so because it looks like a normal X

I just thought of what they'll do to Smoker: They'll change his cigars or something. But, they'll still kind of look like them.

I have a theory that when they introduce Smoker then the real intentions of 4-kids will be revealed. And that is that 4-kids is really run by the cigarette companys and Smokers Ciggars will be replaced with Cammel Cigaretts. And this will get more kids that watch one piece into smoking!

But I also think the idea that they will just edit out all the Ciggars and just have him with an open mouth all the time cuz he really really likes his "air" is also very funny. lol

Little late for that theory. Seeing that they already made their mark on Loguetown. Smoker was changed to Chaser, his cigars were gone, but they didn't bother getting rid of the smoke so it looks like he got some botched facelift and having smoke coming out of his mouth.

Even though it could've been said, I think they'll just have Dr. Kureha sum up Chopper's past with no mention of Hiluluk. That's faster than if they decide to make an effed up 23 minute flashback.

I have a theory that they will change Ms. Merry Christmas's name to something like Ms. Happy Holiday because Christmas is a religious holiday.

Vivi: Oh no; Nami got sick from the weather of the Grand Line! We have to find a doctor!
