They decided to only keep four up at a time now. I forgot if the reason was to save space on the site or if they're doing it for some moral reason like they want to have people buy volumes.
Either way, all of chapters mangastream did can be found on mangashare.

I thought of a cool move for Luffy that seems kinda obvious but he has never done it, will someone tell me if it's possible. He uses fuusen and sucks in alot of air, and then he compresses it all by going to normal form with the air still inside him, and then he shoots out cold air(compressed air is cold) which freezes his opponents.

Depends if Coby masters his two types and how they both develop their haki in (most likely different) creative ways.
In the end Luffy still has king's haki on his side, he could just let it loose on Coby's cowering ass.

it ain't obvious, but when luffy left the air out he would decompress
also dunno how the inner of luffy body works, if he could compress the air
like kuma did, its actualy trying to compress somethin inside your body, don't

Keep in mind that during Robin's flashback we saw Aokiji when he was a VA. He didn't outwardly seem any less powerful. We've also gotten confirmation that everyone who is VA rank can use haki (which would give admirals trouble). The admirals are certainly stronger, but not invincibly so like they are to most people.
Oda has made his VA's be notable people thus far, so we can assume they'll still have a large role to play. He also avoided making any of them appear weak during the war. The story is set up so that the VA rank will pose a threat to the crew after the timeskip. For them to be a threat after the timeskip, it'd be unreasonable for them to be getting beaten by Luffy before the timeskip (which was the original question).

It would be a bit strange if that did happen, he is possibley a villian because he made cyborg changes to Kuma and made the Pacifista army for the Marines.
Also i dont think he would be happy to hear what Franky did on his island. -

Plus remember in his fight with ace, he mainly used his DF to get past ace's logia protection (and show off) Plus his fruit doesn't protect him from attacks.
That means he had to take everything ace could deal out, while beating him into submission. Ace has a lot of firepower so Teach must be tough to win that fight.

why can't the marines just use the sea stone on their ship and cross the other side of the calm belt the end of the new world? probs even find like some cool shit down there

raftel is at the end of the grand line (so the end of the New World), it has been stated quite a few times. Also, it isn't just a simple matter of going to the New World. The marines have almost no power there and only G5 is a marine base in the New World. I believe this says enough how dangerous this see is. Marines wouldn't go there except when it is absolutely necessary like when they tried to stop Shanks and Whitebeard meeting each other (why they didn't send admirals or something I don't understand).
Also, there are pirate alliences as we have seen with WB. He had 43 New World pirate ships that came to his aid. If this works the same way with the other Yonkou, that would be a force even the WG/Marines/Shichibukai couldn't deal with and I don't think, in order to find "cool shit" the marines are willing to be defeated. -
Has Oda ever hinted what that "monster" at the end of the Thriller Bark arc might be (or at least stated that it will be revealed later on)?

I thought of this. It's either what you suggested, passing through the GL, or they somehow maneuver their ship to go in another path when going up reverse mt.

But if that was the case and you look at the GL map, Raftel or the last island is right on the other side of the red line when you first enter. So, if you could maneuver you're ship, why not take a short cut?
