Rare ones out of the portrait of pirates line would be most of the older releases (ones that don't have recent re-releases) and Lawson figures….and also some theme park even specific versions/mangart versions. But those are just special colors. Happy collecting.

He's huge! I put him next to shanks, bibi, and bon clay but he's making shanks look bad so I might have to move shanks XD. shanks isn't posh enough to stand next to him ahaha. They really do look funny next to each other.
and to al!najames: about the WCFs, I like nami the least. Some I really am impressed with, though a select few annoy me as I feel they're not as good as the others. Perona, Nightmare Luffy, Oars, Ace, Garp and shanks particularly blew me away as well as any zoro I've gotten. However the scale bothers me sometimes... (cindry is so tiny!)

Yeah, I almost bought a nami pop v.2 from china, the guy sent me pictures and she looked without a doubt legit. She didnt have a sticker on her box

But i heard that older releases that were distributed in asia did not have stickers, So i think mabey you have some originally intended for asian markets outside of japan. Not sure, but i did read about that some where.

My Mihawk POP came without a sticker of any kind. I got it from the Toyslogic booth at Acen. It's completely legit, I have no doubts about the quality whatsoever (and I was allowed to take a look at it before purchasing too), they told me they had not received what I assume was the funimation sticker to stick on the boxes.
So I guess its entirely possible for them to leave the factory without a sticker of any kind. It's a bit irresponsible when sometimes the value of items lays solely on the sticker on the box and, despite the quality some people refuse to beleive it's legit without the sticker >_>
I have no answer as to why it is as it is but figures are released from the factory without stickers, probably with the intent of being sold to a distributor in another country/area that will supply their own sticker.

Just wondering, since I want to get a Bepo next month and it would make things much simpler if I could delay shipping it to my house and ship it when I move into my dorm at the end of the month instead. -

It changes monthly, could be early, mid, or late pending on the month. I see on some yahoo auctions it's for early next month on vol. 5 so I guess that may be true….I don't usually believe anything till I see it on Banpresto's official prize site though at the beginning of the month.

That's the way it works. You should get all 12 different pieces. However when I get boxes from Amazon jp, they say there is a slim chance of doubles. It's never happened to me though.
Seems there are only 10 pieces in the set. Are there 2 secrets? Maybe they're putting 12 in the box to make sure all 10 pieces are included.
I don't like this set much so I didn't buy it.

So far i haven't had one, but lately when POP Crocodile was release i saw some boxes without stickers,
luckily I know a store owner who sells POP locally in my country,
and he said that his supplier told him they simply forgot to attach the stickers before sending the figures to him and that they would send the stickers on their next shipment. 
but i dont know in other countries if it's the same case.
oh my i wished i lived close to a shop like that. I would be there 24/7 XD That frame with BB and Ace is awesome _
