ch 533 pages 16-7 he is show clearly in the air raining shots on WB's ship and hes been shown in the air serveral other times

You do realize that Chapter 533 is Luffy meeting the Warden and Hell nr.4 ?

There is no evidence shown that is he is flying…. He can have jumped there or used his Logia switching ability... made his light reach that place and then put his body there....
If you jump off a building are you flying ? If you jump up are you flying while in the air ?

If he was flying there he should be able to raise his height without touching the ground and move bit freely in the air.

and theres zero evidence to state that a logia like light wouldnt be able to fly plus i think its safe to assume the entire fight with marco would have been in the air. and if u can move while ur in the air and keep ur self from falling to the ground (defying gravity) ur flying

Oda however has stated there will be no devil fruits that let you fly.

Only ones that we have seen break that is Zoan bird type.

Logias we've seen so far are not counted. Especially since we haven't actually seen any of them fly… just elevate themselves. Also, Lafitte was revealed to fly, so that's already 3 known.

No matter what element you are or devil fruit you will sink in water even if normal bodies float.....

Going by the anime's coloring, I'm going to assume that his shirt is the light blue and his pants are red, the same as they were in Impel down.
I'm not sure though.

both fruits arent actually able to fly…they just have a method to use the air for a specific amount of time, which seems to us as if they would fly.. also croc uses this effect,when he turns into sand and uses the wind to go through long distances. i think that a flying-DF should at least be able to control where you fly (dont think the kilo-kilo-fruit allows that..youre just flowing with the air, whereever it goes) and logias also arent able to fly..they can just use wind etc for a time ,but sure they are limited.

Theoretically, is there any reason why a Roukuyaki (SP) user couldn't use his air jump thing to travel from island to island other than fatigue? I remember Oda stated somewhere that no one in the One Piece world could "fly" from island to island.

Perhaps they could only do a certain number of "jumps". I doubt that they could be able to stay in the air for an infinitely long period of time. Moreover, they might get eaten by sea kings out on sea.

besides we've seen lucci floating stand still and using the air as a wall jump

I can't comment on the anime coloring, mainly because I haven't watched that far into the series just yet (still on Skypiea <.<;), so I'll take your word for it in that respect. But, I'm sure sometime towards the end of the ID arc, Luffy'll probably change clothes (his vest color anyways), to reflect the color change on the cover (seeing that Vol 56 encompasses the transition from ID to the Marineford battle).

In short, my opinion says his outfit in the war is yellow (gold) vest, red pants….but I could be wrong too...

When Bon was looking for Iva as Hannybal he did ask himself after seeing Iva's name crossed out if he was executed or released.

I'd figure only lvl 1 and 2 prisoners get released. lvl 3 and 4 maybe after a couple decades.

In Okama Paradise..if they have so much food and drinks and clothes for the other prisons to wear, than I'm sure they could find luffy a vest and some jeans. (Haha sorry if that sounded condescending, didn't mean it to.)

but in the auction house with rayleigh she also didn`t say anything to that…she should be aware of what haki is, but she never said something about it like..to every other new theme..

does i miss a site where she said something to that or how could that be????

Haki I think mostly exist in strong individuals which are mostly in New World… (Kuja being exception)

If this is the case then Robin wouldn't have known much since her knowledge regarding New World and its specifics may be limited.

Although this is a pretty weak logic, I for one thought this the case. I have no way to prove this of course

But AL is pretty isolated don't you think?? I mean sure smoker had heard of the Kuja's Haki but he is a marine maybe he had access to restricted knowledge...
